Food is fine, location is great. This cafe is so dirty though. Table tops are ok but the windows, floor, seats all have crumbs,... sticky stains, hairs etc.. Easy fix, hoping management sees this review.. Read more
I'm not really sure what to say other than very disappointed and I will never go back to this location again. I've been that... many Panera's and this one is the worst I have ever been to. First time to have delivery from Panera. It's also my last. I ordered my meal around 4pm and request a delivery time of 5:30 -... 5:45. I got home at 5:25 and my meal was here. And it was COLD. I checked my Panera App. It was delivered at 5:07! 23 minutesbefore I even got home. And I was not given any notification that the meal had been delivered. If I hadn't come in the backdoor, I would not have even known that it was there. Read more
Consistently dirty/sticky beverage areas. I am Sip club member and stopped in the other morning and all coffee was out except... decaf. Drink ware is often not available in size selected and they don?t even acknowledge me when I walk into the store (which Iwould say is on par for all Panera?s I have been to). I place my drink order online and self serve when I go in because no oneever bothers with me. I am pretty sure you could walk in, grab a drink and leave without being a sip club member and they wouldhave no idea. Read more
I order a heavily customized lunch from this Panera once or twice a week, and they have always gotten my order perfect! But they... need to stop notifying the customer that an order is ready for pickup if it is still being quality checked. Normally takes anadditional 3-5 minutes after you have already been notified that your food is ready. Read more
Unfortunately, the experiences I keep having at this location are negative. Store is always dirty and staff is not friendly.... Overall, I have never had a pleasant experience here. What I experienced today is why I?m writing this review. I came in afterordering online. It said my food was ready for me to pick up, but I still had to wait 10 minutes. While I was waiting for myfood, the man packaging up the orders was extremely unfriendly. He was cussing under his breath and aggressively packaging upthe food. He ended up just crumbling up my order and threw it to the side. And I mean? threw it. After all of that, my foodwasn?t even good. I got the Baja Bowl, which is one of the warm bowls. When I got it, my rice and quinoa was hard and my chickenwas freezing. Definitely not fresh. I paid almost $12 for something I couldn?t eat. When it first opened it was up to franchise standards, now it feelsmore like a high school cafeteria. Very filthy, tables are not cleaned, the floors have food all over them. I approached thecashier about the cleanliness of the restaurant and she said oh sorry about that, we will get someone out there to clean itright away; several minutes later I saw her chit-chatting with her friends in the dining room, and nothing was being done, shewas chatting with her friends for at least 10 to 15 minutes. We had to sit at a dirty table to eat. We were there for about 35minutes after I first approached the cashier, nobody ever came out to clean anything. I then spoke to the manager who wasapologetic but did not appear to be very concerned with the appearance of the restaurant or my disappointed. I think a lot ofthis has to do with the age of the employees and the clientele, all of which are either teenagers or in their early twenties,including the manager. I find it very disappointing to spend over $50 for a couple sandwiches and two sides and have to eat ata restaurant that is more like a high school cafeteria. This review isn't about the food of Panera rather than the locationitself. The food that came out is the same as any other Panera restaurant which to me is just another mediocre sandwich shopwith some better than average soups and macaroni and cheese. Read more
How does Panera Bread NEVER HAVE ANY BREAD?! Not to mention the fact, I ordered side of French baguette, they didn?t even tell... me they were out, and just put chips in instead?no explanation. I?ll own not checking the bag?should?ve done that for sure?butcome on guys. For the past couple of months when we go?no bread. I have an idea?MAKE MORE!
