This is my salad...lettuce all rotten . I called, they don't apologize told me to come back for credit????
Our order got lost in the shuffle. The squash soup was excellent. The chicken salad sandwich was not good. Dry and tasteless.... The tea was good. We went back a week later to get the squash soup for dinner. It was not busy. We went to the counter and Noone came to help us after about 10 minutes. The pile of workers in the kitchen just looked at us and looked away. 2 peoplewalked by the order area and looked away. It was very dirty inside too. They obviously did not care about helping customers atthat time. We decided to leave and never go to this Panera again. Read more
The delivery guy forgot part of my order. Called the store half an hour ago and they still haven't delivered the rest. They... use Doordash but they make it sound like they use their own drives! So when an order gets screwed up they have to get thedriver back! Never again! Read more
I went through the drive thru today for lunch 9/1/22 around noon and ordered the smokehouse bbq sandwich. At about 6pm I started... having horrid gastro issues and they?ve gotten even worse from there. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to Donia (a manager)and let her know the situation to see if they?d received any other complaints so they could stop serving the chicken. She wasvery apologetic and then proceeded to inform me that she had been off the last two days and when she arrived for her shiftearlier this afternoon, she realized they?d been serving expired chicken all morning/early afternoon. She asked me to call backtomorrow morning at 9am to speak to the GM and I will definitely be doing so, but BEWARE of eating the chicken here!!???????? Read more
Panera's always a go- to place to get a good, warm meal without cooking it yourself. It's still preferable to cook myself... because the process makes the payoff more beneficial. Still an amazing chain place to go if you're in need of a good, tasty,fast meal Read more
The soup and a half sandwich we had was not as good as it usually is. The bowl wasn't filled as high and was on the room... temperature side. The bread was cold and the butter seemed near frozen. However, the sandwich was good, but a bit on the dryside. Although I'm a bacon lover, the bacon on this sandwich seemed like it was microwaved earlier in the day. Our favoritepart of the meal was the bear claw we had for dessert. We will give them another shot again soon, as we all have bad days. Myonly consistent complaint about this restaurant chain is the expectation to bus your own tables. At the prices they'recharging, they can bus their own tables!!! Read more
10/28/18 We came this place for the first time in 2 months. I ordered the ham, egg and cheese in farm style and a cinnamon roll... with coffee. My son ordered a plain croissants, a bagel with butter and a coffee. My daughter ordered a large coffee and yogurt.But the sandwich I ordered looks different than before. The ham wasn?t sliced ham, it looks ham blew up in the microwave oven,all shredded, little pieces and dried. I didn?t expect this lousy, ground ham. The kitchen staff told their ham comes like this.I was wondering if that is true. 3/17/19 I found out Panera Bread changed whole line of their coffees. I thought finally a bunchof people complained about their worst coffee. But once I tasted new coffee, they haven?t done anything. I think they justchanged the labels. The coffee taste as bad as the old ones. McDonald coffee is much better than Panera?s. Einstein Bagel coffeeis way better than Panera ?s. I wonder how many people drink coffee in the Panera main office. Read more
Ate inside with three friends, not very dirty but dining area needed some tidying. Small trash on floors, tables not wiped... down. Food was good but Mac and cheese overpriced. Read more
