They warned me that it would take over an hour for my pizza. But it ended up being even longer. But the pizza is so fabulous... that I didn't really care. Read more

The ONLY REASON I?m giving 4 stars is because delivery is difficult sometimes! DoorDash isn?t available on a regular basis &... they don?t deliver themselves. Absolutely addicted to the shrimp santori, we get one every weekend (if they are delivering).I?ve never had anything from here that?s not delicious! Read more

It was my 1st time. We wanted Italian following a wine tasting but didnt want the hour wait for other spots. My oh my did we... stumble upon a hidden gem. Everything was delicious and we are so full. My favs were the meatball appetizer and the RosemaryChicken Pasta. The Antipasto Salad was so fresh with a great house dressing. The razorback pizza, lasagna and artichoke dipwere so good it felt sinful. Customer Service was stellar and service was quick. Pricepoint was very reasonable. Run, dontwalk to eat! Read more

Server Victoria was very helpful for recommendations to a first timer. My table ordered a small pizza and a calzone. Good sauce... and crust. The side salads were a good mix and the dressings were tasty. People coming and going steadily for carryout tells youall you need to know. I'd come back. Read more

At Puccini's in Carmel last Saturday was my second time at this restaurant. The very first time I was not pleased with my dinner... at all but the customer service part was perfection! One server on the floor, and she handled it like a pro! The second timewhich was last Saturday my mother and I went to Puccini's to give it another try, I ordered the lasagna and had a side saladwith blue cheese, the salad was enormous in size, the dressing outstanding! The garlic bread that comes with the dinner againoutstanding bread! That Saturday the restaurant was very busy, our waitress was kind of a tall girl with a bun on top of herhair, you could tell she was somewhat flustered because of her Rush Hour, the salad came and the bread came, and then thelasagna. She put everything down on the table my mother's mail first, and then mine and did not at all state that the dish thatthe lasagna was in was hot, I went to pick up the dish because there was a cocktail napkin underneath the dish and I wanted tomove it, I burned my middle finger severely, and then I went to go take a bite obviously not thinking about the food being sohot because I just burned my finger, I wasn't thinking I want to take a bite and it burned my tongue severely! I told thewaitress about the problem, and she stated I just would have thought that everybody would have known that the lasagna was hot Iwas literally floored at that response, of course the lasagna is hot but she failed to tell me how hot the dish was, I could notenjoy my dinner because of my burned finger and my severely burned tongue. I would love to give Puccini's a third try, everygreat restaurant deserves a second chance and sometimes it's third. I just hope that this message gets to the right people sothat customers can be forewarned about something so serious as a hot dish. I gave the rating of three stars, I want to give ita one star so this gets noticed, but I do have to state that the food is outstanding so unfortunately becaus Read more

We love Puccini's. We usually eat dinner there about every other Friday. They have a very unique menu. And their decor is... eclectic. We like many great items on the menu but we do have 1 favorite. Shrimp Santa Cruz. When we eat there all 3 of us orderthis. The prices are reasonable and the entree comes with a large salad and garlic bread. We usually upgrade the garlic bread tocheesy garlic bread which may add a couple dollars. There is pizza on the menu that my daughter and I really like also. It iscalled campfire pizza. It has smoked sausage, gorgonzola, onion marmalade and fresh rosemary. Mmm. So good. If you haven'ttried Puccini's, you should. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and also the can make most of their food offerings gluten-free. Read more

Great place for pizza and pasta. I had the Camp Fire Pizza which was really good and my wife had the ravioli which she said was... good also. The salads that come with the meals are very generous and green. Overall, it was a good experience. Read more

We ordered spicy diavolo pasta (come with generous size salad), napoli (Italian ham and cheese inside thin bread), and finger... food for my baby. The pasta was really good. My hubby enjoyed it and finished it really quickly. The napoli was good too andhave that melted cheese deliciousness. The thin bread is crunchy. Taste so yummy when you dip it in the sauce. We willdefinitively come back again. Read more
