We generally eat here when in town. Both service and food have always been good. However on our last visit we found the toilet... seat in the women?s restroom you can nearly fall off of and the men?s sink faucet was not securely fastened to the base. Read more

We were hungry. Stopped by this Red Robin and were seated. Place was not crowded. Our waiter was chatting with people around but... never did stop by to take our order or drink order. He even walked right by us a few times but never spoke. We waited over 20minutes. We finally just gave up and left. Terrible service. Read more

We dined on july 23rd, 2022. Food was decent but service was lousy to say the very least. Took forever just to take our drink... and food orders during down hours, and they messed up both of our meals (just the side selections, not a huge deal butannoying). The girl at the bar who ran our food for us was the only reason we had a halfway decent time, since our waitress wascompletely cold and very inattentive. Ordered bottomless Mac n cheese for our son and had to ask 2 separate times for the refilland still never got it. Walked out without it after waiting 15 minutes past paying our bill. Absolutely the worst experience dining out my family and I have ever had to endure. Our server was too busy flirting with... another waitress to anything in a timely manner. My daughters desert took 36 minutes to arrive at the table. There is no excusethat a burger joint dinner took over 2 hours. I cannot recommend wasting your money here. Read more

I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and the chicken taste rubbery but overall not terrible. I was able to eat half of it wrap and... didn?t save the other half. I also ordered mozzarella sticks but found no cheese in them (see picture). The garlic fries weredecent but also didn?t eat all of them. Overall the meal was not good. Read more

The restaurant was open even with 1 server who was pregnant. That is amazing. We waited a little longer but the food still... came out pretty quickly and it was hot. We didn't have to wait for refills looking. The pregnant server seemed tired but stilldid an awesome job, I didn't catch her name.
