I came here for dinner with my family and we had a great time! I had been to their previous address, and this new one is very... cute. The dining room is not too large but it is very nice inside with great ambience. We got salads before our pasta and theywere all very good. I got the one with burrata and tomatoes. You MUST try it. Our pastas were all good as well. Unfortunatelythere was an issue with my husband’s pasta, but they quickly remade it and offered to take the charges for our wine off thebill. They handled the issue well and I was very impressed! We will be back to try again! Read more

Hands down best Italian food I’ve ever had! I’ve lived all over the US and nothing compares to what I experienced at Roma... last night. The Brussel Sprouts were amazing! Everyone in my party tried something different and each dish was phenomenal allthe way down to the presentation. Rodney was our server, he was professional yet made us feel like family. The Tiramisu was thebest I’ve ever had in my life!! If you’re on the fence about trying this place, do not hesitate. Make a reservation now andask for Rodney! 5 stars to Roma & Rodney for making our dinner experience outstanding ?????????? Read more

I am in love with this place since the first time I came out at their old location! I love that they had expanded the place, as... they should because the food is amazing and wine selection is huge! Tonight was light meal for me, but the ambiance and staffwas lovely as usual! Read more

It’s a very cozy restaurant with great service. There ambience is very homey with lot of pieces reminding you of the Roman... heritage. Our host was really exceptional. We tried Cacio E Pepe which was delicious. The garden pasta La Delicata was nice butit lacked vegetables. Little more sauce would have been great. The dessert was delicious, a glass of chocolate pudding. Thankyoufor the amazing experience. It’s a nice little hide out and definitely recommend it. Read more

Fantástico! All the pasta is prepared a la dente. Ignore idiots that say it’s underdone. Clearly they have never had it a la... dente. Highly recommend the appetizer caprese salad and the desert tiramisu. Read more

Ordered takeout. Insalata caprese and O’scoglio. $12 $23 respectively. Caprese was bare. Nothing but tomatoes and burrata.... Cost $3 at Kroger. Pasta very undercooked. Inedible. Dry no sauce. VERY small portions. I’ve made better pasta at home with mykids. Save your money. Such a shame. I always support local. Read more

This is definitely a hidden gem! I've been on the search for an excellent, authentic Italian restaurant around Indy and this hit... the spot. This restaurant is owned and operated by a family born and raised in Rome. The only regret is that it's not closer butit's probably for the best so I don't spend my entire food budget on amazing pasta haha. We didn't have reservations and thebook looked full from the glance I took but the hostess found us a table and was extremely helpful in making sure we got thefull experience. We started with the Calamari E Polenta that was excellent. Not your typical fried calamari with tomato sauce,an authentic fire roasted tomato sauce and perfectly cooked squid. The wine recommendation was excellent and pared well withboth of our food. I got the Pasta Genovese di Mare with parpadelle pasta. Excellent sweetness of the seafood balanced well withthe acidity from the tomato sauce. With the pastas you get to pick your pasta to go with what sauce you'd like. My fiancée gotthe Pollento al Vinsanto. She was allergic to the vegetable side chosen by Chef so she substituted extra rosemary mashedpotatoes. I'm honestly not sure why I've never thought of adding rosemary to mashed potatoes but I'm doing it from now on. Itwas incredible. The Cornish hen was cooked well and had great flavors with the herb, lemon, and pancetta. I personally wasn'tplanning on having dessert but when out server told us about the Chef's Great Grandmother's Tiramisu recipe I knew I had to tryit. It was an excellent finish and the chocolate mousse that we also tried was amazing. They use a dark Belgian chocolate and wekept going back for another spoon even after we were full. I highly recommend Ristorante Roma and will definitely be back. Read more
