Fantastic food, wonderful setting, and great service. Food - The crab baguette is the best. I would go back multiple times just... for this sharable appetizer alone. For the main course I had Romano Crusted Chicken and it was wonderful with an amazing tomatocream sauce and linguine. Setting - The location in downtown Carmel is beautiful and adds to the experience. In the warm monthsthere is seating outside and the sides of the restaurant open to the outside when the weather is just right. Super clean andrefined and yet relaxing atmosphere. Service - The service is perfect with knowledgeable staff that are prompt andpleasant. Highly recommend Savor for a wonderful, fun, and delicious dining experience. Read more
Savor is the best kept secret in town. The food is delicious and always a delightful treat to the palate. This amazing family... owned fine dining restaurant’s staff is always friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable. You will love the atmosphere which isalways spotless, warm and inviting. Owners Henri and Shelley Najem are always working hard for perfection and a culinaryexperience that is unforgettable. The Najem family also gives back to the local community and know how to make you feel likefamily. We had their juicy steak, perfectly seasoned and cooked scallops and mouthwatering appetizers … ALL are so good youwill feel like you died and went to heaven. Don’t serve food on broken plates. Also, their wine is not stored properly. We’ve ordered several expensive bottles of wine;... this evening we ordered a $75 dollar of Pinot noir (over priced for the selection, but alas, we wanted it) it was warm. Itshould be served at cellar temperature, not warm and not room temperature. Lastly, every time we eat there they have so manybugs flying in-and-out, it’s ridiculous. Read more

I had a delicious Blackberry Bourbon Smash, which I highly recommend. Pictured is a 14 oz. New York Strip which was excellent.... They prepared it exactly the way I asked, and it was beautifully seasoned and charred. You can typically skip dessert at mostrestaurants, but the Butter Cake was sinfully decadent. Savor, I've eaten here a couple of times, but I need to share this review because the food is consistently delicious. Savor is... one of the nicest restaurants in Carmel. And as amazing as the food is, the prices are amazing too! The atmosphere, the decor,the furnishings are all top-notch. There's definitely a reason this restaurant is always full of smiling happy people. Whenthe weather is nicer, there's even great outdoor patio seating and on nice days there's a wall of windows that rolls back tobring in the fresh air and make savor an indoor/outdoor eating spot. Our reason for being there last night was to celebrate afriend's birthday. Our server, Abigail/Abby was fantastic. She was a transplant from California who only had a couple ofmonths at Savor, but if we hadn't asked, I never would have guessed. She knew her product well, and the pacing of the food andthe meal was something you only see from a good server supported by a great kitchen. The food came out and it was Delicious!! The conversation slowed down because the food was so amazing. As we moved through the meal, our server suggested the freshlybaked bread with vinegar and oil to complement our salads and meals, and it was a hit with us all. Every question we had, Abbyhad an answer, and our glasses stayed full and we lacked for nothing. It was a great way to celebrate our amazing friend'sbirthday. We even got to meet the owner, Shelly Najem. She was kind and made sure to stop by and make sure our meal and timeat the restaurant were excellent. We assured her they were! Our birthday girl is a big bread pudding fan, and so we finishedthe night with delicious dessert shared by all of us. If you want a great meal, at a restaurant that looks like it belongs inBeverly Hills, with food that tastes like a master chef prepared it, but with prices that belong in Indiana, then Savor is yourplace. We went there to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We were party of 10. Restaurant was beautifully decorated for holidays. We... ordered drinks that were recommended by our server and they didn’t disappoint. Our food was equally delicious. Our server madegood suggestions for vegetarian substitutes. Only reason for four stars: their kitchen was getting closed as it was past 8 pmand we feel rushed to order our food and weren’t able to enjoy the desserts. Read more
