Morning parking lot was a nightmare. Getting in/out of that roundabout intersection doesn?t help. The store, staff, and drinks... were great, but give yourself extra time if you?re going during peak times for Starbucks or the businesses next door. Read more

Never been to a Starbucks where the workers have such a sense of entitlement. Not only that, they are extremely rude. They... follow the stereotype of I am too good to help others. Normally I order from this Starbucks and orders have been fine, but this final order got to me? Pictured is what I received. I... have ordered this drink so many times from different Starbucks - AND even this one - with the exception of slight pumpdifferences or whipped cream. I had the Ice Toasted Vanilla Shaken Espresso, as a tall with these customizations. When I wentto the pickup window and saw this, I was surprised less than half the drink was filled up. I asked if that was all I wouldreceive, I was told that since there is nothing else they can add to it, that?s what I get. ?We can?t just fill it up with oatmilk. If you have any questions, ask that guy.? I honestly was livid and didn?t even bother to get a refund or ask to have itfixed... I drove home, took a pic, and threw this drink away. Had my granddaughter (9)in this Starbucks today and sadly the male worker was talking Two people that were there purchasing... drinks in front of us and talking about inappropriate stuff in front of her. It?s a place where people go of all ages And thecounter is open. No one should be talking inappropriately ever in a place of employment however doing it in a place where thecounter is open and in a regular toned voice not to even be quiet or hush-hush about it. I am deeply saddened that we have cometo this in the world that we live in where people just don?t care who?s around. Had I known about it? I was in the bathroom, Iwould have said something. Anyone who works in an establishment like this should have a little more pride and if you?re goingto talk that way at least do it behind closed doors and the privacy of the back office where no one can hear you especially achild. Will not be going back to The Starbucks ever!
