I have always ordered on the app at this Starbucks and never had any problems. Today there was a glitch where my card was... charged but the order wouldn?t show up on Starbucks end (not their fault). I had the receipt, on the app, where i was chargedfor a ?Venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew? showing $4.85 after tax. However, the manager said my receipt wasn?t valid butcouldn?t show me where on the app would have the receipt they needed and that the drink was supposed to cost $5.95? I offered topay the difference but the manager insisted they would ?let me off this one time?. Once the app worked, after leaving, i doublechecked and the drink (venti sized) still showed $4.85 after tax. Thankfully i wasn?t double charged but i felt how i wastreated at check out was unfair.
