I have always ordered on the app at this Starbucks and never had any problems. Today there was a glitch where my card was... charged but the order wouldn?t show up on Starbucks end (not their fault). I had the receipt, on the app, where i was chargedfor a ?Venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew? showing $4.85 after tax. However, the manager said my receipt wasn?t valid butcouldn?t show me where on the app would have the receipt they needed and that the drink was supposed to cost $5.95? I offered topay the difference but the manager insisted they would ?let me off this one time?. Once the app worked, after leaving, i doublechecked and the drink (venti sized) still showed $4.85 after tax. Thankfully i wasn?t double charged but i felt how i wastreated at check out was unfair. Very well laid out Starbucks with lots of seating and outlets to plug in your electronics. The staff was very curious and... friendly, and didn?t have to wait long for my coffee to be made. Definitely a good environment to stop in at and spend time withfriends while having a cup of coffee. Would for sure come back to visit here again, either alone or with friends. Read more
This is a nice, new Starbucks. It's decent sized and feels very open inside. There is outdoor seating. The service is good.
I love this location, but today at 6:50a, whoever was working front register was very rude and made me feel like I was an... inconvenience. Love the baristas though! Read more
