Stopped by here just before Porchfest ended so that we could cool off, I've never had Nitrogen Ice Cream before but we got the... lactose free strawberry mix. It was extremely refreshing and even a small was quite generous for the price. Staff were politeand efficient, and I hope management is treating them well. I would definitely come back another time and would recommend thisplace to a friend. Read more

I would have to give it 1 star because after 30 min. wait and we didn't far before they shouted that their credit card machine... wasn't working buy also they didn't say that they could accept cash. We ended up at Rita's across the street. Read more
Stopped in to try it out and thanks to John's patience we were able to take our time, make our choices, and then enjoy our... treats. I strongly recommend the custard but they do have other options for different dietary restrictions. There are plenty ofcombinations of ingredients that you could mix in to get your taste just the way you like it. I will also point out that, theprocess of creating this wonderful treat is a skill set. I was thoroughly impressed with the way in which this is created andhow wonderful it tastes. Read more
Last night was my second and final visit to this location of Sub Zero! We ordered two vegan base ice cream creations and it was... very clear the teenager mixing was clueless about which milk was vegan, syrup types and amounts! We ended up with two flavorlessicy liquids. The two teens at the register were super unhelpful in figuring out what could?ve gone wrong and stuck by theirpolicy of no remaking a creation, even though it was CLEARLY not mixed or frozen properly. Our first visit was a very differentexperience. The vegan base ice cream was creamy and flavorful true to the creation we both made! The inconsistency in who mixesand freezes your creation makes all the differences. The first two pictures are what we got last night, the third picture iswhat I got on our first visit. Huge difference! I threw mine in the trash it was not worth the calories. I know it?s hard tofind good help these days but the teens working at 8:30 pm on 8/3/21 were terrible! They need to be re-trained and get somelessons in customer service. It was obvious it was close to closing time and they would rather have been anywhere but at SubZero. The staff was so kind and helpful and willing to explain how the process works. They were able to make recommendations for what... menu items would be something we would like (they highly recommend the custard, as do I!) Now for the ice cream itself. It washands down the absolute best ice cream I?ve had in so long! They had incredible flavors and mix in options. I had brownie battercustard with brownie pieces and cheesecake. Hubby got the cheesecake custard with Oreo pieces. It was a bit pricey but so worthit!!! Read more
Fun friendly staff! Really a "cool" place to take friends and family to for unique ice experience! Lots of options, choices,... flavors and "mix-ins" for your personalized ice cream bowl. We stopped in for food and drink while walking a bit on the Monon Trail before we stopped off at the Christkindlmarkt. We were... met with a very friendly and knowledge staff, a clean environment, and a nicely lit space. The staff member who helped us,Lucas, was fantastic.
