I ordered online a Steak & Cheese sub from this store recently. Can you find any steak in the photo? Yes, you can barely dig out... a few pieces under the toppings. I brought this sub back to the store and the person who prepared it insisted that there isenough steak. I told him I have been ordering this kind several times and I knew what should look like. The store owner came outalso insisted that they have put two spoons of steak in the sub. I told them that I just need the normal amount, but not less.The owner said they are not cheating. I replied, if they keep doing this, they will lose more customers. Finally, the owneradded another spoon in my sub. I thanked them but in the future, I have to think twice before ordering. Read more

I am no big fan of Subway, but this place really stands out as being truly awful. We don't eat here very often but every single... time, the bread is awful, the amount of meat is borderline non-existent, everything else tastes like its day old salad baritems, the entire experience is just awful. My most recent visit I ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwhich, but it was more likechicken crumbs. The cookie I got was so thin it was almost a chip. And for that, I had to pay a ridiculous amount. I couldhave gone to McD's and gotten a reasonable sandwich, fries and a coke for the what the one sandwich cost me. Do yourself afavor, go to Rackz BBQ which is right over there and get ANYTHING there, it'll be MUCH better. Or any of the other restaurantsin the area will be much better. I've definitely decided to put Subway in general and this location specifically on my 'So BadNever Going Back' list of restaurants. Life is too short to pay for just totally lame food. Read more

This is a Subway. They make sandwiches here. It's as good as many, and better than many more I've seen. I feel no attachment to... this place, and no kinship with the proprietors or operators. I won't give this place five stars, because no Subway I've eatenat deserves that many. This one, at least, did not charge me for a soft drink refill. I have, however, had identical sandwichesfor cheaper at other locations. There you are. Read more

This is such a disappointment because this location is so convenient for me. The customer service is incredibly rude and not... warm and welcoming at all. The barely put any meat or veggies on your salads or sandwiches. Their vegetables always seem to be afew days old and not fresh. My entire family has repeatedly had this experience. Sad to say my family and I will be going out ofour way to go to a further location for better quality and service. Read more

I want to start by saying that I have used this specific Subway for catering orders for several events over the years and... unfortunately, they allowed a situation with one sandwich to sour things. I ordered a toasted sandwich for pickup at 1:10pmthrough the Subway app but received a notification that my sandwich was ready for pickup at 12:45pm. I arrived at 1:10 as I saidI would and what do you think happened to my sandwich in those 25 minutes? It was soggy, cold, and generally unpleasant to eat.I gave them several opportunities over email with the franchise owner over to make up for the situation to which my requestswere ignored. I contacted corporate but was told the franchise owner ignoring me had the final say and that they would send himan email seeking a reply. The franchise owner never responded. This is the exact reason that Subway is nosediving as a business:corporate not getting involved and saturation of the market. I will take my business onto a better subway and I would suggestyou consider doing the same if you want true customer service. Also it seems a little shady that one of the favorable five starreviews from below is from a gentleman with the same unique last name as the franchise owner.
