If they could have zero stars, they would. UNREAL. Went here after I got done at the ER and they left half of our order out of... the bag and what they did put in was 75% wrong. We went back to get the food fixed and the other 2/3 of our order and they toldus because THEY forgot to give us the receipt they wouldn't fix the issue. It was the "customer's responsibility" to get areceipt. The manager continued to tell us that "He remembers all of his orders, but he did forget the cheesy roll ups..." so youdon't remember your orders. When I SHOWED him the tacos that were beef and not chicken, he said "I remember those beefymelts..." we did not have any beefy melts, the order said beef tacos with -sub chicken underneath (sb bf fr chckn - if you wantto talk about remembering orders). He was incredibly rude and instead of having customer service and fixing something he messedup (on a night that has already been rough), he chose to be a jerk. He then told my dad, "you can have the roll ups..." howkind, but not the other $15+ of our order. Keep in mind we called 4 times when we realized the order was wrong before going backand no one answered. When my dad took the bag out of his hand in anger, rightfully so, the manager leaned out of the window andscreamed at our car to never come back! Super classy. I wish I could give this a 0/5 star review. Horrible customer service and poor management. We tried to order a taco 12 pack... (ground beef) just shortly after midnight, on our way home from a bar. They proceeded to tell us they were out of ground beef.(I'm sorry, how does that happen at Taco Bell where 90% of your entres include beef as a main ingredient?) We kindly told themto substitute chicken instead. However they told us it would be an up-charge for chicken (An extra$8 just to switch it tochicken form beef?!). That is absurd to make the customer pay extra for accommodating their order to fit with TacoBell'smistake! We tried to discuss it with the manager at the window to pay, and the manager just asked us if we already paid. When Ireplied NO because I'm not paying an $8 upcharge for chicken since that's your fault I'm having to switch to chicken, he thenproceeded to tell us he wouldn't serve us and closed the window. I will absolutely never be going back to give them any sort ofbusiness. Read more

I believe it?s the new management. I went to the restaurant to pick up a DoorDash but the doors were locked (at 11:30am). I was... told by a male to go around, so I did. I was immediately told to go away! (like some bear animal) by another employee (possiblemanager). Then the male who told me to go around, stuck up both his middle fingers at me and my son for no reason. I called themanager the next day and she refused to even hear what happened and hung up in my face. Read more

I used to seriously hate going to this Taco Bell - long lines, missing items, etc. However, that all changed when Nick came... along and started working there. Nick is absolutely amazing. Seriously. I have never had a single bad experience going therewhen Nick is working, and frankly, the rest of the crew there is amazing as well. I just have the most experience talking withNick. He is so friendly, so upbeat, and just absolutely amazing. I recommend for everyone to come here and just experience thedelight that is Nick. I feel like this Taco Bell completely revamped when Nick came along. Thank you Taco Bell and Nick!!! <3 Read more

i WISH I could give this zero stars. i asked for a spicy double BLACK BEAN grilled cheese burrito, and they gave me a burrito... with STEAK. i of course picked all the steak out and still ate it. they gave the right person the wrong order. Cause imagine ifI was actually vegetarian?. I would be LIVID. Not that I am not livid. they can?t even get a simple order right.. literally justate a cheese and rice burrito for $3.. So disappointing. Do better. When people ask for something vegetarian GIVE THEM THEVEGETARIAN. Not only that just give them the correct order in general. Read more

I just ordered an Uber eats. My crucnchwrap surpreme, had no meat, lettuce or cheese. I ordered black beans but got refried... beans, plus no hot sauce requested was in the bag. I basically paid 12 bucks for a tortilla. So I dumped the beans in the tacobecause I am starving Read more

Do NOT order the cinnamon twists at this location! This Taco Bell consistently disappoints. Nearly every time I visit this... location, items are missing. It?s probably because the order is ready almost immediately. You can tell they scrape the cheeseoff of soft tacos instead of preparing it fresh (hint: they never get all of it? even for those of us with dairy allergies).Most importantly, I used to love the cinnamon twists but this location consistently serves them undercooked and withoutcinnamon. Today was the breaking point. I specifically asked them to make sure they were cooked and had the normal amount ofcinnamon. Take a look at the photo of what that means to them. Just save yourself the hassle and disgust and drive to adifferent location. Clearly this Taco Bell is incapable of implementing a QA system. I am so livid right now. So apparently when you say steak substitutes and they charge you. Looks like a single "substitute. Plus... you get to scrap of your own "meat", this is what you get.
