Our family went Friday to celebrate our son and daughter in law expecting their first child. They were excited and wanted to... include the people important in their lives. There were seven of us. The waitress seemed not happy to have to wait on that many.She was rude and impatient when we asked for something. We were very polite and tried not to bother her. My husband wanted morebutter but was too afraid to ask because of her attitude. The food was delicious and despite of her rudeness we celebrated butnext time we’ll chose a different place if we have that many people. I ordered the country fried steak with broccoli and chili. The white gravy and the breading was so salty and so sweet it was... inedible. The chili was the same way. Who adds sugar to these things? I mentioned it to the server and the manager came outand offered to take it off the bill replace it. I was impressed and said ok but had to wait for another entree while my companyfinished their meal. The cheeseburger came out and it was terribly salty too so I just ate the patty and left the fries. I wassurprised to see the charge for the burger added and had always thought if a manager has to offer to replace a meal and alreadycomped one it too would be on the house considering the poor service and inconvenience. At a time when many restaurants are struggling with staffing, this location appeared to be impeccably staffed. All of my food,... from appetizer to salad to main course, came out quickly and was very evidently made fresh. Every staff member, especially myserver, was friendly, smiling, and polite, and they were all working together as a team to provide quality and prompt service.This was a truly excellent experience. My wife and I eat here often but the last two times I’ve ordered a steak dinner , my steak has been dried out and over cooked.... Our first visit to this location. Our server was Anna, she was very nice. Food and service was excellent as always. My only... complaint is I've noticed TR keeps skimping on the butter with the rolls. Used to, they would give you two butters with therolls. Now they've been skimping and giving you one, I always have to ask for two. Not only that, they don't always fill itvery full. I'm tired of paying $50 for a meal for two and they try to short change me on the butter. ???? EVERY time I have toask for more. Getting really fed up with it. ???? Read more
We went to this location last night. Tyler was our server. We had a large group of people (15 total). He was one of the best... servers I have ever experienced (and I work at a restaurant). We were celebrating my best friends 16 year anniversary of beingcancer free. Very big deal. They brought over the saddle, made the announcement and everyone screamed and hollered.
