Omg service was soooo horrible gave me rotten lettuce all at the bottom of my bowl gave. Gave me my food out the window no lids... took more money than supposed to gave me all my dressings without the lids almost spilled all in my jeep smhh. I went there to order two smoothies of the same kind and two salads of the same kind. It took the girl 10 minutes to ring me up... because when she didn?t know how to do something, she just stood and stared at the screen and didn?t ask for help. Then she hadthe wrong dressing for the salads when it was done. Then you watched the guy make our drinks and he drank his own smoothie withone hand and made our smoothies with the other. I know that is a health dept. violation. Then he forgot to double the ice sohad to remake it and by the time I left there it was 25 minutes for my things with Boone else in the line. Read more

their drinks and food deserves a 5 star however my experience in store was a little tainted due to a bit of a rude service.... gotta love the featured drinks and the edible straw. flatbread was also tasty and not dry,. would visit if there are otherstores close to home. Read more
It?s Basic? but tasty! I say if you?re in Carmel? try it out! I?m enjoying the Avocolda( avocado, pineapple, spinach, kale,... coconut and lime with an edible lime straw ????!)Waaaay tasty! I have been looking forward to trying the Tropical Smoothie Cafe for some time & finally did tonight! What a disappointment it... was. I ordered the Hummus Veggie Signature Wrap and was missing half the ingredients! I ordered right off the menu with nochanges & they completely forgot to add pepper jack cheese, not a drop of lite ranch, hardly a smear of hummus or avocado andmaybe I saw a piece of spinach? The wrap was very dry & heavy on the lettuce, low on flavor. I posted a picture of half thewrap, opened up to show exactly what was inside. I have posted a review on Yelp also. My wife and I stopped in here yesterday afternoon and we're very pleased with the quality of service and the smoothies that we... received. Not to mention the prices were very reasonable. They had other healthy quick bite items as well and we would probablytry them on our next visit. This visit was strictly about the smoothies. Thanks Tropical Smoothies will see you again soon. I have been to this location a few times, and it just isn't up to par with the other locations I've visited. The food and... service are not what I expect from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Both times, my food has been missing ingredients and didn't seem tobe made with any care. Somehow the couple smoothies I've gotten there were also clearly missing ingredients or something becauseit tastes nothing like the smoothie I usually get at the Michigan Road location... and this is the ONLY smoothie I've ever eventried at a Tropical Smoothie so best believe I know what it is supposed to taste like! From now on, I will most definitely bedriving further to a location that knows what they're doing. Listen when you read all the bad reviews. They are more thanaccurate. I'm in the service industry myself, so I'm not one to dog on service unless it's horrible, and this place isn'thorrible service, it just lacks the conversation you should have with your guests. Nobody was unfriendly, but I never heard a"hey, how's it going"? Or "we will get that going for you", "that will be out shortly", "thank you", etc. Not a word. Will 100%never be returning to this location no matter what. I'd rather drive 7 miles instead of 2 to get GOOD Tropical Smoothie!!! Read more
