Outrageously expensive, 3 bucks for a coffee that tastes days old. Not wasting any more $ on DD! Green mtn. Is the way 2 go
Mobile order, the young man making coffee was quick and called out my order within minutes. I waited 15 minutes for my food, ... watching other orders get filled. Finally stood by the counter at the empty "pick up" tray, and when the (presumed)supervisorcame by she asked what i was waiting for, and handed me a bag that was sitting BEHIND the counter with my # on it. Nobody ever called out a complete order OR PUT IT IN THE TRAY. plus, it was missing part of my order even after i asked her tocheck. Read more

This particular dunkin has struggled with staffing in these tough times, as have we all, and they always do their very best to... get people in and out quickly and accurately regardless of their staff level. This is a very busy dunkin location and I hopeeveryone is patient and kind to them, they work very hard!! I appreciate their kindness and the fact that they took the time tolearn my name and greet me by name at nearly every visit!! My favorite dunkin location!! Read more
You wait for a long time it seams these days for a coffee. At one point in time you could order a coffee from Dunking Donuts an... your Drink was ready in a couple mins now it?s a crapshoot from 2-32 minutes ?. Customers ain?t the top priority it seams thesedays ?. Read more
Great place, Excellent Frozen Coffee, although My Husband's Hot Coffee tasted very Ick! It was definitely Old, and had a burnt... taste to it. However mine came out great Mocha Carmel Swirl with Whip cream although they did forget my drizzle an Jimmies ???? Read more
I came through this morning and asked for a simple peppermint mocha iced latte and when I pulled up the guy handling cash out... was rude, and not even 2 minutes after cashing me out and STANDING RIGHT AT THE WINDOW?..asks me what am I waiting on, to myresponse I was a little baffled and said everything considering he just cashed me out and hasn't handed me anything yet. Thenwhen handing out my latte there was a whipped cream on it (meaning it was a signature and was overcharged as I never asked forthat).. he then shot me a dirty look and glared at me, groaned, and turned around for them to ?remake? it. When I got it back,it tasted fine and assumed there was no sticker on the cup due to them completely remaking it. Come to find out, when I openedup the cup there was whipped cream residue and they didn?t remake the drink at all.. I even TOLD them I can?t have dairy as itmakes me sick, and they disregarded that comment smh? Read more
This Dunkin is usually pretty quick. Good selection of donuts. They always get my order right.
