Try ordering a choco strawberry blizzard. Drove home. Not a strawberry in sight - Don't know what the heck it is, but not what I... ordered. Took it back. At 2:11 pm on 8/16 the manager at the window was as rude as I have EVER seen someone handle customerservice. She had the nerve to stand there in the drive through window spooning through my return and demanding to know why itswrong and ARGUED with me that it WAS correct when I ordered STRAWBERRRY and there was not a SINGLE strawberry in it or onit. WHO THE HELL DOES SHE THINK SHE IS? The customer pays - without the customer you have no job. If the customer orders x andgets y - expect a return. DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER.
