Try ordering a choco strawberry blizzard. Drove home. Not a strawberry in sight - Don't know what the heck it is, but not what I... ordered. Took it back. At 2:11 pm on 8/16 the manager at the window was as rude as I have EVER seen someone handle customerservice. She had the nerve to stand there in the drive through window spooning through my return and demanding to know why itswrong and ARGUED with me that it WAS correct when I ordered STRAWBERRRY and there was not a SINGLE strawberry in it or onit. WHO THE HELL DOES SHE THINK SHE IS? The customer pays - without the customer you have no job. If the customer orders x andgets y - expect a return. DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER. I have no idea who she is. but she does not need to be in customerservice in any way whatsoever. Read more

Kudos to the gang working here on a holiday. They're patient with me while I tried to give my order while a car screaming kids... kept yelling louder and louder that they wanted something different than they had said 5 seconds before. They did forgetsomething but I felt bad so I decided not to say anything, even after we came back through a second time for dessert - despitethe fact that a couple of the rear seat passengers did not deserve it. I do wish they were open inside. It looks like a verynice Dairy Queen and we ended up eating in the car. Read more
My mom enjoyed the flame thrower burger and fries I got her. I enjoyed the new sinner berry/cherry slushy. I'm enjoying how our... DQ is being all kinds of new flavors to taste! My only issue is, the orders are never repeated back, and no one ever says thankyou when you pay. I'm always saying thank you and telling the cashier to have a nice day or evening. A thank you goes a longway. Just sayin. Read more
Can't ever get an order right... burgers always dry with no flavor, once the make your sandwich they put it in the microwave to... heat it up because it's been sitting out. I only go for the ice cream and they haven't flipped a blizzard for me ever. And halfthe time it's halfway melted. Honestly any other DQ around is night and day difference. The food actually taste good anywhereelse. I would drive to Mcleansboro IL or Mt Vernon Indiana DQs before I will get food here. Read more
Ordered chicken strip meal. Gravy was nothing but cold white looking water in a cup with a broken lid that spilled out of the... box. The fry?s were cold. Hubby got flame thrower it was cold with sauce dripping all over it and very few napkins. Sodas hadno fizz and tasted weird. Never again! Read more
