Two friends and I met at Bella Bru Cafe for lunch and was impressed with our choice , garden burgers and glass of wine. Two of... us had it with salad and one with fries. We we were surprised that our plates were left without a crumb on it. I'll be returningwith two new guests this week and do it all over again. Average food and service, not worth the price. They charged me full price for one refill of coffee. Definitely not worth $5.30... for 2 cups. They brought me the wrong food, and when I questioned, they said it was mine. Well, I ordered a garden burger andmine looked like beef. I hadn't eaten it yet, thankfully, as I don't eat beef and would have gotten sick if I ate it. I saw himbring out more food for the next table and I realized it was ours. What they had given me really was beef! Definitely notreturning or recommending to anyone. (The free cranberry bread was actually good, though, so they get 1 star.) Read more
I got an espresso, a latte, and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was okay. The espresso however was not properly prepared.... It did not have any amount of Crema and it was very mouth-drying. The latte milk foam wasn't well done and between drinks thesteam arm was not cleaned. It's sad because they have all the right equipment, great atmosphere, and a decent menu. This place is awesome the atmosphere is so tranquil we sat outside and they have a wall fountain which adds to tranquility. The... food was delicious and the staff are very nice. You can choose to have full service or order your food at the counter and theywill deliver it to your table. Either way great place to eat. Read more
First time at any of the Bella Bru Cafes in the area. This is an order first and then go find a table sort of place. They bring... your order to your table. Not a bad experience and the food was actually pretty decent. We ate in their outdoor patio area.Utilitarian but nice. Definitely worth a return visit. Read more
Very nice cafe, comfortable atmosphere. The customer service was great. I enjoy learning about different coffees, the roast and... origin and they explained everything perfectly well. Bella Bru Cafe has breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus each only available during the respective times of day. Menu items include... sandwich type fare and amply portioned salads among other options. Food is ordered and paid for at a counter, and then broughtto your table with open seating. In addition to the main dining area there is a separate bar area and outside dining available.Coffee, espresso, etc. and wine are available to drink with soda and tea of course. The music over the speakers was kept to areasonable level to allow for easy conversation. Read more
