This place is crazy busy, and usually there is only 1 person taking orders for both front and drive thru. The food is excellent... when you actually get it. The scheduling is not what it could be for night shift. The morning people need to help out theevening crew sometimes! Read more

They will not answer the phone and also have the outgoing message as "we do not accept messages". They are scared to actually... speak with customers which tells you a lot about their lack of integrity, or lack there of. Sadly, the corporate office shows noconcern or any noticable level of care for the customer. They just really do not care in any way for their customers. Tarek inthe corporate office said he was too busy to listen to my feedback.... Nice. Today I ordered 4 whoppers and we had to wait awhile for the order thinking that 4 would take a bit longer, didn?t think we... waited just to have the buns totally burnt on both sides. Just plain sickening, we tried to cut off the burnt portions but thatleft us with no bun and still could taste the nasty burn. Did not take back cause I was too angry and my time and gas isexpensive. I love Burger King, and this is one of the last ones still open in my part of Sacramento County. I'd love to give it 5-Stars... because the food here is still freshly made and always tasty! Unfortunately, BK Corporate seems to think that their mealsshould up-priced and that is a problem for me. They lose a star for their greed. Also, they think it is ok to close the lobbyin the middle of a weekday. I drive almost 10 miles today to get here only to find this notice. I will NOT be utilizing theirdrive thru. Why should I give them my hard earned money when they don't respect their paying customers enough to retain a fullday crew? Read more
There is dried fecal matter on the toilet seat dispenser. The employees also, visibly need more staff. If BK could fix their... hiring site, everyone involved will have a better time. Read more
