I would give 10 stars! Service & venue were amazing and the food was the cherry on top. We Came here for dinner and sat outdoors... in the patio. Its a very beautiful outdoor space, hidden in the wall. Looking from the outside one would never guess there'soutdoor seating. The trees, greenery paired with the lights gave such a relaxing ambiance. I ordered their mussels in saucewith zoodles. My order arrived with spaghetti instead of zucchini noodles, but the waitress noticed immediately and brought awhole new order of mussels and the correct noodles. So I ended up taking some home. Love the food here. Staff works hard, food is fresh, and the patio/garden seating is quaint. I try to stop in every time I drive... through Sac. The little wine shop attached to it is a nice added bonus as well! Read more

I had my first experience at Matteo?s for a work meeting. Despite the restaurant being busy, it didn?t feel crowded, and the... staff still took the time out to be warm, friendly, and inviting. The food was delicious. I couldn?t wait to eat my dinner, butat least I remembered to take photos of the beautiful desserts before gobbling them up. I like that they have indoor and outdoorseating. The environment was charming and comfortable. I would definitely dine at Matteo?s again. Read more
First time here, this bistro was excellent. A variety of good food to choose from, thus, I stuck with my favorite litmus test,... the hamburger. It was made with ground chuck, and I added bacon. It was very good. Met a friend here for his birthday, he hadthe same and he enjoyed his meal as well. Purchased pan-seared salmon to go for my wife and she loved it.
