The iconic Golden Arches, visited by billions all over the world. One upon a time I even worked at one! This location, Located... on Fair Oaks Blvd near Manzanita, is always busy. The location serves the same McDonald's fare as the rest. The food, service,and business is good. Location is very busy, the lot the restaurant sits on is quite small with limited parking. I orderedthrough the drive through this trip and was asked to pull around to a wait area as my food was still being made. The wait wasshort and my Lunch was hot and fresh. I have been yo this location at peak times, plan for a bit more time to park or go throughthe drive thru que if that is the case. Read more
Got my niece a happy meal at 5pm on Saturday and the fries were completely rock hard, my niece was very upset and after I tried... to eat a few I was as well! The burger was cold and slightly hard on the bun and the fries completely hard! So sad that everyestablishment is going for 1 star? Read more
Went inside to avoid wasting gas. Took twice as long.Young man could barely take my order twice I requested chicken Happy meal... he kept trying to order a crispy chicken sand wich. First and foremost- ICE CREAM MACHINE DOWN FOR OVER A MONTH. There is no reason for this billion dollar company inconveniencing... their customers like this. I hope they lose that 900 million dollar suit which at this point? Seems justified. Side not- thislocation is continually extremely slow. I ordered a double quarter pounder, with no pickles and no onions and it came with both and was almost to the point of being... burnt. I also ordered two mcchickens with no shredded lettuce and they were also burnt and tasted horrible, I didn?t know thosecould even be burnt aren?t they just warmed up? I also received some uncooked fries. I?m honestly just so surprised how theymanaged to mess up so badly on such a simple order. I?m very disappointed and disgusted. Read more
I don?t mean to sound biased but whenever there?s these 2 black employees working (1 male, 1 female) they are always either out... of certain items and the ice-cream machine is always not working. I went tonight and ordered a strawberry shake and the blackfemale told me the ice-cream machine is not working. When I got to the window the Mexican female told me the ice-cream machinewas working. What can you say about McDonald's? It's fast food. You usually get the same quality from store to store as they are pretty much... uniform throughout the chain. During rush times the food is hot and fresh, although if you order during slow times, you mightget food which has been sitting in heating bins for a while. I don't like tepid, limp French fries, or dry burgers, so Ialways go during the breakfast or lunch rush to get the best meal. The prices for the meal deals will cost you about 10 bucks.That seems like a lot of money for a sandwich, fries and a drink. Or you can get a large soda or iced tea and a chickensandwich or a McDonald's Double burger for about 6 bucks. If you want fries ???? with that, add another 2.99. I can't believethat they charge so much for potatoes, although most people really like the fries and McDonald's capitalizes on that fact. Areyou old enough to remember when McDonald's advertised a meal of a cheeseburger, fries and a drink and change back from a dollar?I think it was 90 something cents for the meal, but still cheap. Oh well, gone are the days of cheap fast food. For a couple ofdollars more, I could have a meal in a restaurant. I think most people eat there because it's convenient. That's my take onMcDonald's. I won't be going back to this McDonald's. I double checked with the person at the window that it had the condiments I asked for.... She said it contained them. Prices up and service is down at this McDonald's. And wrong kind of egg in my big breakfast. It wasnot good. Read more
