Usually do special orders and staff is mostly unresponsive in making sure the order(s) are correctly made. First time in... approximately 60 days orders were correct n quite tasty. Read more

They are the slowest McDonald's I've been to. Even when there is no one in front of you. You'll wait 15+ minutes for food. They... also don't know how to work app orders they always try to double charge us when we say we have an online order. I know there's ashortage of employees every where but they can at least put up a sign that says "we are sorry for the long wait, we are shortstaffed". I've seen that at Wendys, KFC, Taco Bell. But not here at McDonald's. They also never give the correct sauce and tryto charge me for more sauce when they give me the wrong sauce in the first place. And these are the people asking for more thanminimum wage... disgusting. Read more

On our way back home from Citrus Heights my daughter wanted a Happy Meal and I did not want to go to McDonalds. We drove past... one Sunrise and Auburn and it was packed. Sunrise and Madison, also packed. Madison and San Juan also packed. Gibbons and FairOaks, packed as well! And then finally we got here. Nobody. Deserted. Ordered a Happy Meal for the kid and I got a large sodaand an order of chicken nuggets. My nuggets were cold and pretty gross. Didn't have high hopes for the price. The kid didn'twant her fries and they were cold. Whatever, I did not want them either. She ate her burger and apple slices and was fine. ThenI went to the counter and asked for a refill as the soda machine in this store is missing from the dining room. They said theycannot give refills, owner policy, blah blah blah. We chatted a moment about how that was odd and then I pointed out the lack ofcustomers in the store at a busy intersection and how every McDonalds from here to Citrus Heights was crazy busy. So message tothe owner, refills matter. Hot food matters. Stop making your workers tell YOUR customers why you are a LOUSY restaurant owner. Read more

Trying to use my app for some kind of deal, the person behind the counter said the regular "2 for 5" deal was better, so I... believed them. Next I wanted to add a free hash brown and get a second one, again they said the in house deal was better. 6:30am. First and last time going to this McDonald's and I didn't even get anything. Their drive thru menu looked like someone... threw something at it so it wasn't working. I got no answer while waiting at the speaker then drove up to the window where chickwith the trash attitude told me to "give it a minute and not just drive up". Well I had given it 2 minutes. Sorry my going towork at 7 in the AM interfered with what happens to be your social hour. Read more

Service was friendly and relatively prompt. However the order was highly disappointing. Ordered 2 burgers with NO onions. First... one had the distinct taste of onion, second one had a few diced onions on the burger. This can only mean that the crew justremoved onions from burgers ordered without onions and served them. This is ridiculous and the entire establishment is fortunatethat I'm not allergic to onions as I'd be filing a lawsuit. Will not going back to this location. Read more
