Just went to subway. Had my mouth already watering for one of those new chicken subs only to be told by the young worker that... they don't take the new coupons that came out. I guess they would rather lose all future customers they've told NO COUPONS. Iwonder what Corporate would say? Read more
Clipped my coupon and headed for Subway. Waited in line for 10 minutes while the pickiest person in the world ordered "a little... of those . . . no, that's too much . . . hey, I didn't say jalapeños . . . more mayo," etc. etc. When it was my turn Ipresented my coupon, one to be told that this branch did not accept them. Wouldn't it be a kindness to put a sign in the windowsaying "Sorry, we do not accept coupons!"? Read more
Just went there and the young girl at the front with brown hair didn?t say anything to greet us and we told her that we had a... coupon from the beginning. Without saying a word she waited until our food was made and at the end told us we couldn?t use thecoupon. Horrible experience, ended up paying full price. She had an attitude the whole time and made it very obvious that weinconvenienced her day by being there even though we were the only ones there. I would give 5 stars because subway sandwiches taste fresh and delicious and are good for your body...but their pricing has gone... way up double or triple from five dollar footlongs in past few years to $10 to $15 for footlongs. At that rate they'll have $30footlongs in a few years. Read more
The owner tends to work most shifts because he has NO customer service skills. He continually has new staff because he is... awful. When confronted about his attitude he said, "I can do what I want, I own this place.". He varies his CLOSING hours basedon his whims. I told him people rely on certain scheduled hours.
