I want to make a complaint about this location. It is hands down the WORST Taco Bell in Sacramento! Their taco supremes are... always half filled, so skinny that the shell touches and no cheese, maybe 5 shreds of cheese. When I go to the Eastern & Marconilocation, the tacos are wonderful! Crunchy, filled to the top, fair amount of cheese...no issues there. Plus, everytime I try tocall them, they NEVER answer their phones. Don't get me started on how bad their beans are...so old and gross!!!! Read more
Just came from Taco Bell and the service is always excellent and the speed of the food. Jason at the window was awesome. A very... respectful and nice young man. Very professional. I don't think I've came across a young man as nice as him. Something about himand his kindness stood out. Hope he's at the window next time. The staff is tired and over worked. Also, they constructed a wall during the remodel that blocks the view of the lobby from the... kitchen so they have NO clue when there's a line. Also they installed self service kiosks, the employees roll their eyes whenyou come up to the counter. It's been like this for months... yes I want to order food but I also want some service please.Owners, do better. Hold your establishment and employees to a standard. The manager Sarah is absolutely horrible. There is not reason to have to wait 45 minutes for a mobile order because of an error... your team made. You stated the other cars in the drive thru where a priority and you were short staffed so I had to wait. Thenyou yourself had no urgency whatsoever in making my food.
