On 9/30, around 8:15 when I went to go pick up the 3 pizzas I ordered, customer service was extremely horrible, all of the... employees were rude and hateful. None of my pizzas were cut, one of my pizza was so greasy it was not really worth eating. Read more
So disappointed with this transaction! I appreciate FAST service, but I also like my food cooked completely! Got a texted... extremely fast saying our order was ready which seemed rushed. And sure enough it was. Whoever prepaped the food didnt cook thepizza completely. The dough was so stretchy and still raw dough like. And when they closed the box, they smashed the edge of thepizza so when we opened it, it literally peeled all the topping off. So we had to redistribute the toppings back on it. Thecrazy bread was also under cooked and the chicken wings were over done and dry! Its unfortunate that all this was discovereduntil we were well on our way back down the road. ???? Definately recommend that you check your orders before you get to far.They dont seem to know how to cook at this location. Paying costumers deserve better. Read more
We frequent the Carnesville, Commerce, & Elberton locations. Tonight we hit Carnesville. We order a 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 sausage &... pineapple often. Tonight's was the prettiest pizza we have ever gotten. The topping distribution was perfect, the crust wasperfect, and it was perfectly cut. My thin crust light sauce pepperoni was great too. We eat here way more than we should because it?s so cost effective and quick with service. You can get an entire fresh hot... pepperoni pizza for 5 bucks at this franchise- and that?s unreal! You can?t even get a whopper, a sub or a single roast beefsandwich for 5$ anywhere else- much less a combo. And if you aren?t completely starving, little caesars will feed 4 people for10$. That?s a truly incredible deal. And the pizza is way better than papa johns or dominos. For real. Try it with no sauce andit?s even better! Plus your pie will be ready in 7 minutes. Order was filled pretty fast, and the pizza was hot and fresh. When we walked in the door however, an employee, a young girl... with black curly-ish hair and glasses, screamed out ?SHUT THE F- UP? at a fellow employee. This happened in front of multiplecustomers, including myself. Employees need to have better language and better behavior if they are working the frontespecially. Read more
I thought highly of this place. It used to be awesome. This is the second time the food was bad. Two specialty pizzas, both... undercooked and very gooey on the inside. Ordered some wings also. Cold. I am disappointed. Maybe there is an issue with theiroven. Three trips prior...they would have received a four star rating. Read more
