Absolute trash. Was served by a bum in black and yellow fluorescent pajamas, dirty, with a crusty booger hanging out of his... right nostril. I ordered two double stacks. I left and jumped on I-85. I reached into that paper bag to be greeted with a cooltouch, like out of Frozen movie. They were both ice cold. Such sad sad representations of how great this chain used to be. Socold my cheese wasn?t even melted. I did work for Jim Near and he?d be rolling in his grave if he knew this was what thiscompany had become. Read more

For one they need to update their hours from 12 to 11.I work night shift and I came to grab a bite to eat after ordering my food... online just to get here and their doors be locked. For two they need a new phone cause the one they got must not ring loudenough for them to hear it. So I?m out of my money and hungry. I won?t be coming back to this raggedy place. Read more
This is a really good Wendy?s location at a truckstop on I 85 near my hometown. It is consistently clean and has very good food.... I have rarely been disappointed with this location restaurant and I patronize it frequently. The food is fresh and prepared toorder without a long wait. They serve breakfast at this location and both times I?ve tried it it has been hot and fresh anddelicious.The only downside to this restaurant is the drive-through curve -which really isn?t their fault as I drive a fairlylarge truck and it has trouble getting through the curve to the window. If you drive a large, long or wide vehicle you mightwant to go inside to get your order. The interior is spacious, the restrooms are clean, and the servers are usually very politeand friendly. You never feel like you are interrupting what they are doing so I?ve always felt like my business was appreciated.I would recommend this Wendy?s to locals and travelers alike. it would be nice if they were open later than they are?but youcan?t have everything. Is it really that hard to get help that understands any standards??? Is it okay to accept people's money and touch all over the... screen, then handle our food??? I'm confused.. pretty sure your supposed to wash your nasty hands. Read more
terrible customer service. The white woman with the glasses and really tight bun gave an attitude after just ordering one... order. while ordering an elderly lady had an issue with her order and the woman with the glasses yelled at her. she talked toher like she had no common sense. The food here is usually good and hot. They are in a truck stop, so it stays decently busy. If you aren't in to big of a rush... then It's a nice stop. I usually order, then use the facilities. My order is typically ready when I get back. Read more
Hours day they open at 6:30 am. I pulled to the drive thru at 6:45 am. I waited about 15 min with no answer. Decided to go... inside. By this time its after 7. The doors are still locked and the employees are just standing around doing nothing. Thislocation is just getting worse over the years. All the locals hate this spot. Just the only place to eat within 20 miles. Ifthis location was not on the interstate I believe it would have already closed down. Read more
