It's good, but pizza hut isn't as good as it used to be. Also the new melts don't have enough cheese in them.

My food was about 15 minutes late. Now you'd think that it would lead to me not giving a 5 star review but I called them to make... sure my food wasn't delivered to the wrong address. They had explained that they had just gotten very busy but it would bearriving shortly. Also they apologized many times. Once my food arrived I was given an extra 8pc. Wing due to how late it was.Honestly we all get put in hard spots but the way they handled the situation was impressive. Also love this place! There aremany places to get pizza from around here and I always go with pizza hut for myself or even when I'm feeding the bk team! 100%great job guys! Read more
Was not really busy. Like three tables. Had to seat ourselves becouse staff was doing I don't know what. No biggie. Then waited... around 20 minutes to even get something to drink. Another 20 minutes to order. Order came up and wasn't even right, we wereasked are we sure?, like my wife and I don't know what we ordered, was just pizza and there cheesy bread sticks. Food was ok, our service was just fine, but I witnessed two separate managers dealing with a customer who was unhappy with... their meal and I thought the situation could have been handled much better than it was. After reading the reviews on thislocation I?m less surprised, however the experience definitely makes me think twice about returning. Read more
Don't get me wrong the pizza was amazing. Our server not so much. She took our order, writing it down, and still couldn't... remember what we ordered to drink. Then she brought our pizzas to the table and said have a nice meal. She walked away and tjeguy who helped her asked if we needed anything else before he want back to the kitchen. We told him plates would be helpful, shehad dropped of sizzling pizzas and hadn't given us any plates or forks or anything. She spent the rest of the night talking tofriends at another table that walked in after us. She never cleared any of the dishes that had piled up or even checked to makesure everything was okay with our table, the guy from the kitchen did when he saw the state of our table. Again, the pizza wasamazing but our server almost made us question why we chose dine-in. Read more
My husband and I dined at the Caro location on March 11, 2019. Given that we'd had a poor experience at the Saginaw location a... while back, we were hesitant. So glad we decided to go on in! We were seated right away; our server gave us the option of boothor table and was very patient as we tried to see where hubs would be most comfortable. We ordered pan pizza, bread sticks and apasta dish. Everything was amazing; really far and beyond expectations. Our server timed the meal like a pro, drink refills (andTo-Go cups!) were furnished efficiently at just the right times, as well as the other set-ups and "courses." When she broughtout the sticks and such she informed us the rest of the order would be along shortly as the cook preferred to send us outfreshly-prepared pasta. We had no problem with this as we had PLENTY of food (see pic) to keep us occupied. Our thanks to theconscientious cook, as well! ???? To Management: I feel the perfect fool for not writing down our server's name, but our totalwas $29.22, at about 4:45/5pm. Maybe you can reference her by those numbers, and let her know we thought she was awesome! Andthe cook, too! Both are worthy of commendation for representing Pizza Hut so well. We will be back! Everything we got was cold and the server must have been new because he didn't really know what he was doing and nobody offered... to help him 1st time back there in prolly 10 years and I have to say I'll never return Read more
