We went to subway last night. 1 person working. This poor kid was the sole person making subs and cashing them out. He had a... good personality for the stress of being the only person working. That being said, it caused long wait time which he couldn'tcontrol and this is an unsafe environment to be working alone. Management should be ashamed of themselves and give this kid araise. Ordered online. Picked up my order drove home and my two cookies I ordered were not in the bag. I tried to call twice and the... phone puts you on hold after a message the just hangs up on you. I usually love this place and if I could have called andtalked to someone I would not have been upset. Read more
It was good. Little slow today and a group of mid Michigan asbestos workers from st. Louis came in gave the girl a hard time... because she was super busy and with all that she kept her cool and did her job. Usually an amazing spot to eat, but i tend go in past 6. Idk if the crew was having a bad time this morning but its never okay... for a customer service worker to complain about a customer right in front of them. The one helping me was complaining from themoment she started helping me, i overheard her complaining about me holding up her lunch break but dont see how that was myfault. The sandwiches were alright but skimpy and very rushed. Read more
Had lunch here on July 20th, 2017. Staff was very friendly, sandwich looked and tasted very good. The sandwich was still hot... (and still feels fresh) by the time I took a first bite, which is a HUGE factor for a good review. This store did a great job atthis! Without a doubt deserves five stars! Read more
