Grabbed the 4 for 4. It is a lilttle different now. Less options than prior. But was still good
While getting breakfast we asked for a biscuit and were yelled at very rudely for absolutely no reason. Apparently the oven... wasn't working which is fine but saying it like "Our oven isn't working so how am I supposed to make those! Pick somethingelse!". It would have been much easier and way more polite to simply say sorry, our oven is down. Can I get you anythingelse? I doubt we'll be returning. Read more
Waited over 20 min for 'curbside' food. Eventually went in to get it and staff was rude and my food was sitting there, cold.
Went thru drive thru today. The girl took my money and then gave me change said Here. Gave my drink which was all over the... outside. I had to wipe down so would not drip on me. Never said it's going to be a few minutes. I just waited .When she did giveme my food she just said Here. That's it . Will not go back Need to teach customer service a little better as I was not rude. Read more
A few hot fries on top then the rest were soggy nasty. Don't care about customers returning, "are sales are up so were doing... something right" said their manager. Read more
I actually work here so I might be biased but it's a great family place I can say that they used to be a little less sanitary... and welcoming but in the last year or so they have done a lot to turn that around the food is great prices are as decent as theyget for fast food these days but they definitely have a lot more options than some of their competitors Read more
I love going here during my lunch break! Unfortunately, there have been times where they're closed on the inside due to staff... shortage. Hopefully after things start going back to normal, we'll see them reopen permanently! As far as cleanliness, thedining room is great! Bathrooms could use some more attention though. Food is great, but sometimes incorrect. They're very niceabout correcting mistakes and apologize when wrong. I've had a couple rude encounters but overall great service! Read more
We stopped in for the new peppermint frosty went through the drive thru who ever helped us wasn't rude explained the machine was... down and wouldn't be working till the next day though she did sound tired and over worked you could hear in her voice she however very polite to us n helped us with our large order and gave us great service Thank you Read more
