The food is fresh and the management along with personnel are kind, professional and communicative.
The WORST Burger King I have been to ever. This is the 3rd chance I give this place and it?s always so bad. The first two times... I came to the drive-thru last month it took 25 min AFTER arriving to the delivery window waiting for the food. I ordered a 9 piece chicken fries meal.... they literally counted out 4 stick and 5 pieces and crumbs to make 9. I order through... uber eats they could have not taken the order or canceled it on their end. Instead they took my money and gave me the nastiestmeal ever!!! The fries and burgers were cold. They were better off sending me frozen fries so I can fry them my damn self athome!!!! Absolutely disappointing especially for the staff members who thought this was acceptable! Read more
NEVER AGAIN. Waited 40 min in line and I ended up getting a refund because they still didn't have the food prepared. Other... customers got a refund too. I don't understand why they take so long to prepare fast food. That's just bad business. They losta customer. I'll happily spend my money elsewhere. Read more
Between 1-2 PM Lunch time is a nightmare, my co-worker and I were waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutos between placing an... order, paying and picking up and at the end lets say "they forgot to give the 4 pieces jalapeños cheese bites", and I asked forketchup and ridiculously received only 2 mini packages for two large french fries.
