This location is the closest to my house but that is really the only good thing. First time I used a delivery service and it... was wrong so I blamed the delivery service. Turns out it wasn't the delivery service. The next time I ordered through their appand went on time to pick up my meal and I waited, and it was still wrong...twice. The latest time I went inside to ordertakeout to give the best chances of getting it right, I went in and there was a line across the building. We waited for 15+minutes and people were passing us without saying a word. Finally someone came out and said the dining room was closed and theywouldn't be taking our orders. Some of those people waited for nearly 20+ minutes to be told their order wouldn't be taken. Themanager was useless and not helpful at all. I will likely go across town just to avoid this place. Very bad customer service and the food wasn?t cook properly and the food was to salty and thy had barely anything to drink and... it was very dirty and the food made me sick ???? I liked BK years ago. Now the quality of the food tastes worse than the pre-packaged frozen food aisle.
I ordered ahead online on a Sunday night around 6. Lo and behold we arrive and the drive thru is blocked. We get to the door and... it's locked. We already paid for the order ahead, and the workers were cleaning. We knocked and they even looked in ourdirections and proceeded to ignore us. Terrible service. Never order ahead at this location. I ordered a Barqs root beer and got a clear drink. Told the worker it wasn?t what I ordered and she told me it was root beer I... said it?s clear she said it?s root beer told her I didn?t want it.
