As a wine club member, I love going to the St. Charles Cooper Hawk location for our tastings and dinner! The staff is so... friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine options, specifically Niki who recently was my server - she is truly a ray ofsunshine. She was so great about everything: attentive to our dining needs, provided awesome food option recommendations andhelped us select the perfect wine to pair with our meal! Went to celebrate with my 4 adults children & 1 5 year old. Food was fabulous but waiting for dessert was taking forever. ... Ask to take dessert home for the couple with the child. Fantastic food every single time! Crispy Brussel Sprouts are a MUST. Absolutely adore the Dana Chicken. Swap the potatoes for... the Betty potatoes!!!! So good you'll want to roll around in them and lick the crock. Pot stickers are very good as is thesalmon! Read more

Our server, Matt, was wonderful - as was everyone we met who worked there. The restaurant was clean, modern and beautiful +... social distancing was observed at all tables. The food was delicious and the portions were perfect! Obviously a nice wineselection, but a good whiskey selection as well! We did not visit the store - but just walking through - they have somedifferent + creative items to purchase. If we didn't live several states away - we would frequent this establishment often!
