Love the mozzarella and hot dogs. Love the corn flake cereal coated and the tatertot like coating as well as the original... coating. ???? Like any corn dog like item you've ever had. Great! Skip the mochinut donuts. One is $4. Good, but not worth it,although there are lots of flavors. Read more
The mochinuts are a great interpretation of a donut, they taste a little more egg based and less sweet they a standard doughnut... but really good balance of flavor. The day I was there they had 10 different flavors. I also tried their 1/2 hot dog and 1/2cheese rice dog with a potato crust outside. Decided to give this new place a try for date night! We were a little nervous the doughnuts would not be fresh as it was already... 6pm?however all the doughnuts were fresh and delicious! It was my first time trying Mochinut brand. They have a really cute theme, love the concept of donut box. The Brown Sugar Milk... was decent. But not really happy with the mochi donut, they are so cute but super super sweet, the flavors are good but way toomuch sugar for us . The dough kind of dry and not chewy & moist as other mochi donut I had before. We bought six donuts, wetried only 2 first (banana & matcha) and couldn?t get any more because of sugar. If you don?t like too sweet and more mochitexture, Mochidou in Hoffman Estates is better choice. Read more
Although I love the mochi donuts and corn dogs I hated the SUPER LONG WAITING TIME to get the corn dogs. It literally took 30-40... minutes. It was around 4:30 PM. I hope they will find a better way to improve efficiency so you don?t have to wait too long andalso give a heads up to the customers. If you have in a hurry, forget the corn dogs and just buy the donuts. Also, their brownsugar bubble tea was overly sweet (to my liking) and you can barely taste the tea. I can?t express how excited I am that there is Mochinut here! I had found one when I lived in Austin, TX that was my FAVORITE!... This location did not disappoint! Fresh chewy mochi donuts and delicious boba tea. If you?ve never tried a mochi donut beforethen THIS is where you should go. They also have rotating seasonal flavors that will keep you coming back again to try somethingnew. Read more
Great experience. The matcha donut and the brown sugar boba was delicious. They did offer almond milk as a dairy alternative.
