I have not been to Panera since before the pandemic. Many years ago this restaurant used to be my favorite lunch stop, but... after several bad food experiences I just stopped going. And then I saw the new chicken sandwich, packed with flavor. On paperthat almost $13 sandwich sounds AMAZING. I finally capitulated and decided to place an order on the app, choosing curbsidepickup, which by the way is an amazing option, IF it works out that way. Anyways, I was almost finished placing my order when Ireceived a call. After ending my call, which wasn't long, I went back into the app to complete my order only to discover myentire order was deleted and I needed to start all over. At this point, I ask myself, is this an omen? After convincing myselfthat I was being ridiculous and should definitely proceeded to try that flavor packed chicken sandwich. Once I placed my orderfor a second time, I got a prompt from the app that I will now need to go inside to pick up my food and to follow the signs. Alittle irked, but whatever, I've got a flavor packed chicken sandwich waiting for me. I arrive and go inside, locate where thefood should be, which was supposed to be waiting for the last 10 minutes for me, but nope, my order is not there. The place waspacked and busying with customers and staff, so I wait and fumbled through my phone to confirm the store, and confirm it issupposed to be done but the app is of little to no help. After a few minutes I get lucky enough to catch the attention of astaff member. As I'm conveying my plight, sure enough, behind the counter I spot a bag with my name on it. The bag was locatedin the curbside orders. I show the staff member the Panera app which prompted me to come inside. She apologizes. No problem,not her fault. I rush home to try this flavor packed chicken sandwich, only to be disappointed because the only flavor I waspicking up from the dried out chicken was the bitter taste of burnt. Never had a bad meal here. ?? Love the Squash soup!!! My fav! Fuji Apple Salad is fantastic!

Dining in, I ordered a P2 and a cinnamon roll. I was given the P2 and figured I had to pick up the roll at the bakery. Manager... Mike and cashier were busy so I waited. Once called over, I tell the cashier I wasn?t sure if I picked up the roll I orderedwith her. She asked for my receipt, I told her I didn?t get a paper receipt but it?s in my email. The manager abrasively jumpsin and tells me I should have gotten it with my food. I said okay, well I didn?t. With an attitude he walks to the kitchen, I tothe counter and rereads the receipt to just stare at me. I repeat I had my P2 already, just needed the roll. He looks at thereceipt again and states ?I don?t know what to tell you, it should have been there.? Kitchen staff tells him it was never givento me and he just says ? Okay. It was supposed to be there. Sorry.? Walks away. The roll was dry, close to stale. Floor lookslike it hasn?t been vacuumed in a week and all tables were dirty. Ordered some items for the following morning, and both of the boxes of coffee I ordered were overlooked, not sure how that would... happen. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the coffee to be prepared, and was almost late for the company meeting. Read more

Food is good, when the order is correct. Last time I ordered food, they were missing a whole flatbread and a cookie. ... Management promised to make it right, we never received anything regarding the mistake after three attempts. Gave them anothertry today, ordered food for the whole office and I specifically asked for no cilantro on an order because a coworker has anallergy. Got the order back to the office, the dish is covered in cilantro. Another order had a sandwich and only half of ithad meat, for the price that is unacceptable. We will not be giving this location any more business. Read more

I try not to write negative reviews ever, but I have been so disappointed by this location the last several times. Yesterday I... ordered some salads and sandwiches for rapid pickup. We were in a rush to get the kids to their destination, so I quicklyglanced in the bag when I received my order and it looked like all the items were there. I got in the car and realized theyforgot silverware (despite me asking for it on my mobile order) - whatever, so I ran back in and grabbed what I needed. Weheaded out and 5 minutes later realized they forgot several items: no cheese on my wife?s salad, no dressing on my salad, bothsalads had old lettuce that looked like it was about to spoil; kids sandwiches were a mess. We were in too much of a rush toreturn and ask for it to be fixed. So we ate chips and nasty salads for lunch. Totally unacceptable when spending $25. Won?t becoming back to this location that I?ve been loyal to for over 12 years, unfortunately. Read more

Expensive food for tine sandwiches. The food here is overpriced, but quality has declined. My tuna sandwich was absurdly tiny!

Great location.  The crew are professional, diligent & thorough.  We had two entrees: (1) Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread... Pizza accompanied with a Mango Smoothie, & (2) Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken accompanied with a Mellow Yellow &Raspberry Tea mixed fountain drink. Read more
