Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! This place IS NOT THE SAME! They changed owners and it is TERRIBLE now! I ordered a pizza last... Friday and there was almost no sauce on it at all. I called to speak to someone, and they took my number and said someone wouldcall me back. That never happened. I had to go in there and talk to someone, and he agreed to give me a free pizza, andrecommended ordering extra sauce next time. Ok.... fine. I did. Tonight I got the pizza with "extra sauce". SAME THING! Nosauce!!!! Not to mention, the amount of sausage is minimal. Just a shame what happened to what was once a great pizza place. I've also tried their Italian Beef, which is atrocious now. I've given the new owners enough of my money, but I'm done now. The food is terrible, especially for their jacked up prices! Read more
One star is too much for this place. Do NOT ORDER from Papa Rays. I ordered a salad the right picture is what I ordered. The... left picture is what I got. Lettuce and tomatoes. $12 salad for lettuce and tomatoes! I also did not receive marinara for myother items nor salad dressing. When I called the owner told me this my problem and no refund. He would give me a $5 creditfor future orders, however I had to spend a certain amount in order to use the credit. Be warned stay away from here. Read more

We've been going here for over 5 years now. It's my favorite pizza place. But the quality has been declining and they almost... always got our order wrong. We took it in stride because we understand accidents happen. But tonight, I received my pizza and itwas so severely undercooked, it looked like it had been throw in a microwave. When I arrived to pick up my replacement, 5minutes after the alotted time, I'm told it'll be 2 to 3 minutes and it ends up being more like 10. Every customer in the storehad a similar story. This pizza is under done. No sauce with wings. No social distancing. Called and a teenager said "oh like the manager isn't here... or whatever he'll call you back." Um.. doesn't help me eat here. First time and done. *update* Never got a credit. Returnedtheir call and they never answered. Fantastic way to do business. They don't wear masks and the health department has been therequite a bit. I used to order from papa rays for years I started ordering from there around 2014 and stopped around last year. So I have... placed two orders recently and they have new owners. The first order I placed, I placed the order online and thought I had lefta tip. When the driver came she rudely said ?so you?re not going to tip me?!? Being in the service industry I always tip.Besides that I asked for both of my pizzas to be square cut and it was not, and we got sick off of their pizza and when I calledthey told me that they have better Ingredients than the last owners so it?s not possible but gave me a credit anyways. Lastnight I called in my order to use my credit I ordered 2 pizzas 1 being a MEATATARIAN and the other a papas choice, wings and alarge fry. They confirmed the order with me and it was correct. When the order came instead of a meatatarian, they gave me aMediterranean pizza and the large fry was barley half full. I expected more since those 4 items were about $80 even after mycredit. I called the store at night there was no answer so I called the following day and a rude woman answered the phoneyelling at me, telling me that they always call back so I didn?t call and that she talked to the manager about me and everytimeI order I complain. I told her she was not providing good customer service and she said she doesn?t need my business and hung upon me and further ignored my calls.
