Poke Bros. Please come to my town !!! I had never been to this restaurant before, I actually passed by the door completely and... then turned around and went inside, and I am pleasantly surprised to say that this food is delicious!! I chose the Shaka, because the flavors sounded really amazing and the ingredients that were on the menu. I will have to say this was a verydelicious decision to randomly stop and grab a bite to eat. Super friendly staff and delicious, fresh fish and veggies. I was asked if I wanted to sample anything and all my questions... about the menu were answered. They also have a counter to ceiling barrier with a tiny opening by the register to pass foodthrough. I will definitely go back. Great prices for when I have a sushi craving. Also east for a low carb person to navigate. Igot salad as the base and ended up using my own sauce. My husband had the rice and the sauce his dish came with and he reallyliked it, too! Update June 2022: Barrier is gone, and the whole place is remodeled and beautiful inside. We are still goinghere at least once a month for some delicious poke! Read more

Would not come again. Just watched employee Jackie lie to customers about not using her bare hands to prepare the fake crab... meat. We watched as she handlers money the. Cleaned the counter then put her bare unwashed hands in the food preparation. Whenanother customer questioned her about it, she stated she had washed and sanitized her hands. This location is a food safetynightmare and should be investigated by the county health department. Read more

?Jackie? is the fake name the lady gave us. She is extremely rude and interrupts customers constantly during the ordering... process. She has zero customer service skills and acts like she is doing customers a favor with her presence. The young manthat works there is very kind and attentive. Even during the order building process Jackie took it upon herself to yell at thisyoung man by using a language she thought customers would not understand. But we did. Yelling ?hurry up? ?stop putting so muchin? ?why can?t you do your job right? and ?make sure they pay extra? in any language is unprofessional. This is St. Charles. Noone is trying to skip out on paying you the extra dollar for avocado, nor is it necessary to humiliate your employees. ?Jackie?needs an attitude check, and needs to seriously consider if running a restaurant is for her or not. Disgusting behavior anddisgusting service. Read more

The food was delicious and the service was great! The staff was so nice and helpful. I asked for recommendations and the bowl I... got was 10/10! I ordered to go and I was in and out within 2 minutes. LOVE the efficiency! I can't wait to go back and try allthe other dishes they have! Read more

Has went downhill pretty significantly. The prices have all jumped a bunch (used to be around $10 for a big bowl, now it will be... close to $15). Smaller portions of each ingredient, higher prices, and getting sick from bad fish the last time we ate therehave ended my appreciation for this Poke Bros. Read more

Plenty of deliciousness in this salad. The fish (sushi grade tuna) and shrimp were plentiful as was the size of the salad. I... will definitely be going back. The server (take out) was pleasant and the salad was ready in under ten minutes even though theplace was busy. You can order ahead if you are in a rush. Read more

I was so excited to try the Johnny Utah that I forgot to take a picture before I mixed it up. This is definitely an interest... take on sushi. I absolutely LOVE sushi, and the portion size was great for me. However, the pricing is slightly confusing (onthe create your own). I figured it out after staring blankly at the menu for a few minutes, but the process was confusing at aglance. If you want to create your own bowl and pack it down, it?s almost $24... (depending on what you get and how much) forthat price I?d rather go next door and pay $19.99 for all you can eat. I went with 3 people (1 person had been before and saidthe same thing happened), and all of our chopsticks were falling apart midway through our meal. I thought this was odd, but myfriend said it happened earlier in the week too. Maybe investing in better chopsticks could be in the near future! Overall, Iloved it! The service was quick, food was great, I will definitely be back! Read more
