First time here and it was fantastic. I ordered the beef and sausage sandwich, fries and the croissant beef and cheddar... sandwich. Both sandwiches were fantastic! The food is good but the staff that place food in the Pickup/Delivery do not pay attention. Twice now I've done the online order... only to sit and wait 20m because they place the food in the delivery area not the pickup area. The food and I just sitneedlessly until I go up and look over everything on every rack and row. Now the food is cold. Not sure what your trainingmethods are, but this is an issue at your location that needs to be addressed. I shouldn't have to get up and look through everyorder placed, everytime a new one is set out, just to make sure they didn't put it in the wrong spot or wrong letter. Read more
Ordered from St. Charles' Portillo's on PC & picked up order. Food was good & timing was fine, but halfway through the Italian... Beef, I found a 6-8" long strand of hair inside of the sandwich wrapper... sort of lost my appetited. Enlarge view if you havetrouble seeing it. My hair, btw, is 2-3" in length and silver-white. Do the kitchen employees wear head gear? Doesn't KaneCounty Health Code require it? Regardless, anybody near customer's food must guard against presenting paying customers withthese unpleasant discoveries... that is, unless they don't care about their chosen profession (managers? owners?). Very decorated and a very classic vibe. Service was excellent from ordering to pickup, fast and polite. Diverse work... environment. Was clean and well maintained. Food was great came out hot. Drinks came out cold. Everything was great. Read more
Currently, we just got home from buying a huge order. It consisted of 2 large fries, a bacon cheeseburger, a jumbo dog, 1... hotdog, and breaded chicken club sandwich. The fries were severely undercooked along with the bacon not being crispy. For theBacon Cheeseburger, the cheese was below the hamburger patty. The chicken club tasted fine, but it was the undercooked bacon.Paid 35.13 for 1/4th of our order being undercooked. Would not recommend this location, they've always had poor issues withconsistency and poor training, apparently. Read more
The food was delicious I had a portillo dog with everything my mom had a cheeseburger with everything the food was delicious the... service was outstanding and everyone seemed to have the holiday spirit. Will definitely go back. Read more
