I love this place and have been going for a while now. They are fast and efficient. I went to grab a sandwich for my kids... yesterday and the drive thru was closed. Just started eating here about a week ago. Before that I had never eaten here before in my life. They sent out a bogo deal I... think on Facebook or Twitter and I was a little tight on cash so I figured I would give them a try. The sandwiches were reallygood and man I have been missing out! It's nothing that new but they do have some sandwiches you can't get elsewhere and evenif you did these have their own little flavor to them. Definitely a good switch from the classic sandwich shops I had becomefamiliar with in the area. Workers are really friendly as well always have a great experience here using the drive thru. Absolutely disgusting. 5x my order has been incorrect. Today, the sandwich is soaken wet, cold, and soggy. What a joke! Maybe... I'm too forgiving. Never going back to this nasty place. It's too bad I'm on lunchbreak cuz I would have gone back and askedfor a refund. Read more
I came to leave a review and saw I already left one, so I'll edit. TLDR, this location has very good customer service and the... food is delicious. This location delivers & has a drivethrough, which is very convenient. Although there is an order minimum of$10, I know that's fairly standard and it's not hard to order your meal under $15 for delivery, making it one of the cheaperdelivery options in the area. The service is good - normally my orders arrive perfectly, and when I had an issue with an order,it was resolved quickly over the phone .. the employee was nice, offered either re-delivery or a comped sandwich, which was ahuge relief. Thank you, whoever you are :) Not only is Potbelly one of the more affordable delivery lunches, it also has adelicious vegan option - the Medi sandwich without cheese (or chicken)! I love the Potbelly hummus and this sandwich is one ofthe few fast-food/fast-casual menu options I can get excited about with my dietary restrictions. If you're vegetarian but eatdairy, there's even more delicious options to pick from. Read more
