Do not get the deep dish pizza. It is terrible. I just picked up a deep dish pizza from here and I couldn't even make it through... the first slice. It tasted that bad. Don't waste your money. I did a phone in order for delivery and being in the service industry I was so happy to have the girl that answered the phone... tonight. (Thurs. Oct. 6th around 6pm ) I usually have my order ready to go but I couldn't remember what my pasta was called. Shestarted to help and rang in what I "thought" I wanted. And then I remembered what I really wanted. She corrected it but nevermade me feel like an idiot. She handled it like a pro! Keep her on your phones. She was very nice. Wish I got her name. We are regulars for carry out/delivery. Always happy with Pizza and service, but had to share an issue/save we had on our... online order 10/1. I placed an order online per usual and timeline would have had delivery around 7pm. About 7:30pm I calledjust to make sure everything was ok. I realized I hadn't received an email confirmation, but could tell my card wascharged. Turns out their online system was down, their phones were going crazy...probably with calls like mine. They apologizedand took my order over the phone and had my Pizza out to me so quickly, hot, fresh, perfect. That is not even the amazing part. About 2 mins after the delivery, my doorbell rang again,. It was a Lady from Rosati's. She was there to tell me their onlinesystem was down. They could tell we placed an order, but had no idea what we had ordered with the system down. She was there toinform me, apologize and take my order so they could get it out to me ASAP! I told her I had reordered over the phone and shejust missed the Delivery guy, but I really appreciated the Customer Service and the extra effort to ensure we got ourorder. Technology is amazing when it works, and not so great when it doesn't, but it happens. Since the pandemic we?ve started using the website for ordering delivery. It works out very well, and never had an issue with... it. The delivery is always prompt and hot. And the food is delicious. We did mourn when they eliminated the Bosco sticks as anappetizer though. One of our favorites. We?ve done pizza, calzones, pasta, sandwiches, appetizers, salads. Everything turns outfresh and tasty. Was at the restaurant on July 13th and had a nice dining experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious.The crust was light &... perfectly baked, the sausage was very tasty and the sauce was very flavorful. Our server Adam did a great job in being friendlyand attentive. I like that the owner is out & about in his restaurant and talks to his patrons. The whole staff was veryfriendly and this restaurant has a nice family atmosphere to it. The best compliment I can give to a restaurant is repeatbusiness which I plan to do. Read more

This location is THE absolute BEST Rosati's I've EVER had. I make it my business to come home from work on Friday's and order... the Friday-Sunday Special's throughout the weekends. Great deals, Phenomenal Food Staff. I love this place ???? Read more
