It?s been a few months since I ordered pizza from Rosati?s Carol Stream. Today I ordered a small thin crust, well done cheese... and sausage with easy on the sauce. I don?t know what happened in the past few months but this was the worst pizza ever! Cheesehad no flavor, sausage too spicy and greasy, crust tasted like one of those freezer burnt pizza crust that you get at thegrocery store and chewy like cardboard. Oh and sauce was not that ?easy?, a big thick pasty ring circled around the edge, andwas not the light tasting fresh marinara that used to be on my pizza in the past.. I love Rosatis but this was ridiculous my fries were soggy to the point where oil was soaking through the bag and the fries were... tough we also ordered bread sticks and the basically gave us a pizza with no sauce and no cheese, this was very disappointing tohave come from Rosatis being I've never had a bad experience with any other locations. I hope they can fix this for futurecustomers but I personally will not be ordering from this location again. Read more
This is actually Joe S. I have been ordering from this Rosati's for many many years. I have had orders messed up but they always... seem to own up and make it right. Tonight my wife ordered in front of me and ordered cheese bread sticks with everything else weordered over $52 worth of food. We called back and told them it wasn't on receipt but we did order it. The gentleman whoanswered phone was the person who took the order told my wife she didn't order them. I heard her order them it was the 1st thingshe ordered. It's one thing to make a mistake it's another thing to put it on someone else. Guess I will find a new place toorder out from. Read more
I will never eat from this location again. Today I went and ordered a slice of cheese pizza and bit into a piece of metal and... almost swallowed it. After I finished choking to death, I called rosati's to complain and not only did they forget to apologizeabout the incident but they asked me to send the picture so they can review it and just offered me another slice of pizza. This pizza was amazing. I was very pleased as soon as I opened the box. Perfect bake, this is a chicken, pepperoni, green... pepper. It is delicious. I couldn't even wait to take a picture first. I just dug right in lol. Thank you Read more
There employees are drunk or what I don?t know. I order margarita pizza and they give me white pizza.. really they don?t know... the difference.. still I told to manager she till me it?s yours fault.. so I garbage pizza in front of her.. what a greatservice!!! Read more
