Used to be my pizza place when I first moved here but they're service and quality has really gone down. Messed up my order last... 3 times so I started going to Chicago pizza and pasta down the street. Fresh, quality ingredients and they always get it right. Read more
I ordered a large 16 inch pizza , the delivery guy shows up an hour and 20 minutes later with a cold 12 inch small pizza. I... stopped ordering from there cuz of this. Also the last couple times I ordered from there I'm pretty sure I got old reheatedpizza. They charge too much for the pizza they offer. Read more
If I could give this no stars I would. I ordered two pizzas and they messed up on one of the pizzas. Called them and spoke... with the manager and was basically called a liar in regards to the pizza. He assured me everything was correct and when I kepttelling him no he only offered a 2 dollar credit. 2 dollars for the price of their pizza isn't worth it. So forget it, actionswill be taken place and I will never order from this location again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Read more
First time and last visiting this location. Young lady that to my order was rude. Asked her for a cup of ice and a straw, we... don't have it and walks away. But she was quick to swipe my card for payment. With all the bad reviews, they ought to bethankful for business. Read more
I have ordered from this liason for years. This last year they no longer seem to be able to get the order right. Last time spoke... with the manager, he offered to comp me on my next pizza, which was appreciated. Today I ordered again they messed up the order.They billed me correctly though. I placed an order for pick up online at 1:34am. I got a confirmation that the order was received and would be ready in 30 mins.... I arrived for my pick up at 2:04am. They locked the door as I walked up to the building and told me they were closed. I told theperson I had a order to pick up but he just said "no, sorry." Read more
