DO NOT EVER go to the subway in St. Charles. The husband and wife were the most disrespectful and ignorant and rude that I have... ever experienced, if I can give them a zero I would, I went into order a bunch of footlong sandwiches and their special on myapp is buy one footlocker and get the other 50% off, they would not honor that, so unprofessional and not caring to keepcustomers. They would NOT take my order over the phone and hung up on me twice. They were RUDE and could not speak English. I will NEVER go... to this Subway again, when my husband went to pick up the order I could not make they would not accept BOGO coupon which was AGOOD COUPON. I made a online order and told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes i waited for for a text or some kind of notification after... waiting for a hour and a half I decided to call to get some information I call multiple time and I mean more than 4 and not oncedid anyone answer so I didn't get a refund for food I never got. My experience today 11/18/2021was terrible. I ordered my food online and picked up my order. I told employee my name and she... hands me my order. I get back to my office and realized that they gave a completely different order. My name is Ariel and NOTRoxana. The order I received is clearly an Uber order. I called 3 times with the 3rd time some one finally picked up. They putme on hold for 15 minutes. When they finally came back, I asked for a manager and they stated that there was no manager onstaff. I haven't been to a Subway in a while because I haven't had the best experiences at Subway in a long while. This Subway... surprised me -- it's under new management. The footlong sub was actually a full foot. The bread was fresh. They didn't skimp onmeat or veggies. Service was quick and pleasant. The establishment was clean. Read more
I wish I can give negative stars. Not enough portion of veggies. Didn't toast bread at applicable oven settings. Very bad build... quality, things came out on taking sandwich in hand. Only cut through top half, bottom half was uncut. Read more
Love this Subway! They are super clean, friendly and tasty! The owners are so sweet. This is the only Subway I go to!
