Just left and Well didn?t make it the way asked, when I questioned was given a attitude. I get it that they have to work, but I... am the one drinking it not you so of course I am going to question because it is going in my body. then to top it off wiped mydrink not the outside but including excess that was dripping down with the rag that they use to clean tables or somethingbecause that rag was black and not just the rag they use because they should be using napkins for incidents like this. thistropical smoothie location is terrible, I have ordered many times here hoping it would be okay and get better but not aftertoday?s incident. Food is delicious, but service is slow and poor. Took almost 10 mins for one wrap with 3 employees. 2 were standing around while... 1 made wrap and would stop to talk to other employees instead of finishing my wrap. Need to prioritize customers. Read more
I ordered a smoothie detox island green and It doesn?t taste anything just like water. I ask the manager to change for another... one and it said that I didn?t like the ginger (I liked the ginger) and he didn?t want to change it. Really BAD service. Itdoesn?t deserve any star. I started coming here about a month ago for just the smoothies, they're delicious and comparable if not less expensive than... Jamba juice or other smoothie places. I came back for lunch one day just to try out their wraps and I was shocked at how tastyand fresh their Buffalo chicken wrap was. Love the smoothies and am blown away at how great their entrees are as well! My wife and I just tried two of their wraps and... they were outstanding. This is not only a delicious smoothie spot, they have a well-rounded menu and do everything very well. We will be coming back on the regular for healthy lunches and dinners out. Read more
Worst location I've ordered from. Smoothies are not as good as other locations I've been to. I think they skimp on the actual... ingredients. The 2 smoothies I got from them were mostly ice and water, had a slushy consistency to them compared to the otherlocations I've visited. Spent $20 on basically flavored ice. Sucks because this one is right by my house. Read more
