Best Jersey Mike's on the East Coast. The staff are friendly and really do a good job making the sandwiches. Very clean inside.

Placed an order through the Jersey Mike's app, so it was set to deliver through DoorDash. It sat in one location for 30 min and... was never delivered. I called the Jersey Mike's and they said the delivery driver picked it up so they couldn't do anything.There's no number for DoorDash and the manager at this location didn't have it either. I had to look it up to call DoorDash.After finding my order they transferred me to a separate department for orders direct from the restaurant. I've been sittinghere on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I used to order from this location 2-3 times a week. Now you've lost this customer.This is ridiculous. If you're going to partner with a delivery service in your app, you need to take care of your customers, notleave them hanging and unsatisfied. Read more
