For the first time I was somewhat unhappy with my recent visit. The pizzas were fine--Hot and tasty but they were about 20... minutes late being ready. I waited patiently and there was no other traffic in the store but it almost seemed that someone hadforgotten about me. My next visit was totally better ! Read more
Borderline fraud. Order: completely wrong. Everything was changed (and cold) after a 2.5 hour wait. Delivery was estimated for... only 35 minutes with no updates afterward. An hour later, we attempted to call for an update or refund. They refused to answerthe phone. 2 hours later and Pizza Hut customer support can do nothing. This restaurant will steal your money with nothing toshow for it. The delivery driver told us we were one of 15-20 other people that night. Do us all a favor and close thislocation down before it costs you, the corporate entity behind it, money as well. Read more
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Absolutely a joke when you do not get notified by the delivery driver your order has... been delivered. To make things worse, once getting said order inside and opening the box there are bugs and cockroaches crawlingon your pizza. Appreciate you giving us our money back, but an apology would have been nice too. The employee on the phone didnot care or was not apologetic in any way at all. Do yourself a favor and order from Dominos. They will make it right. Read more
We ordered 2 pizzas at 8:00pm. At 9:30 my husband drives to the Pizza Hut and they are closed. We try to call customer service... back. That?s a Joke. They don?t have a way to give your money back. I mean they are robbing people and making the CEOs richerand leaving people without their food. We will never order from them again. Thank goodness Dominos was opened and we finally gotto eat at 10:30 after 2 of our family members went on the bed!!! :( Read more
Truly wish I could give negative stars. After waiting 50 minutes for a pizza, called the store SIX times. Was told it was... cancelled, was not given a reason, the manager hung up on me, the other staff refused to help. Horrible. Do not order from here. Read more
Tonight we got the Triple Treat box. The pizza was fine. The box with the breadsticks and cinnamon rolls was very disappointing.... Needless to say, it looked NOTHING like what you see on the commercials. Will not order it again. It was not worth $28. Read more
