Ordered an ice cream turkey cake in 2021 and was horrified. See for yourself...mostly buttercream--very little ice cream. I... called and the woman on the phone was refusing to do anything because i picked up the Tues before TG and didn't attempt to eatuntil Fri. That literally has no relevance to my issue. Did she think the ice cream transformed into buttercream over those fewdays? No offer for replacement or refund. Don't waste your money and disappoint your guests. Read more

Wide selection of ice cream flavors but several of the ice cream options containers were nearly empty. Staff didn't make us feel... welcomed with no smile or greeting. With other ice cream options nearby, considering going elsewhere for your ice cream needs. Read more
We went in tonight and the manager yelled at the kid behind the counter because he checked his cell phone. Yes, he shouldn't be... on his phone but that doesn't give the manager the right to yell at him in front of customers. She said sorry to me but sheshould be apologizing to the employee for being unkind and rude to him. Read more
08-10-2021 Update: After multiple calls and emails we still have not heard back from anyone and have not gotten our money... back. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered an ice cream cake on the 07/11 to be picked up on the 07/12 at 4pm. I calledin advance to check that it was ready and they hadn't even started it. Had no idea what I was talking about. Asked me the nameof the lady who makes the cakes, isn't that something they should know? I asked for a manager who they told me is convenientlynot in all week. Horrible customer service, I went in there looking for a quart of Cookie dough it wasn?t in the pre package tubs wanting to be... nice I asked the employee if I can get a pint instead of the quart of cookie dough and she asks me if there was another flavorI wanted because it was going to take too long to scoop. So I settled for a scoop in a cone instead, not only does she drop theball of ice cream on the counter she almost scooped it back up and wanted to give it to me good thing I was right in front ofher. Me and my boyfriend tried to order door dash from this location and the lady over the phone was extremely rude. It's 2 am so I... would get being in a bad mood. But I read some reviews and apparently she just acts like that. We placed our order and after awhile we checked to see if a driver accepted it. We noticed it said this location hadn't accepted. So we called to see if ifwent through correctly, and after 3 times calling she finally answered. She was extremely rude, and wasn't answering any of thequestions we had asked. She told us that she wasn't accepting any phone/door dash orders, which I don't understand why if she'dhave to make it anyway, and hung up. We tried re-calling to ask why and she didn't answer, after 2 calls she answered just tosay she was done with this conversation and hung up on us again. We called again to see if there was someone else we could talkto and she refused to answer. I usually never leave bad reviews because sometimes people are just having a rough day, but afterseeing other reviews like mine she seems to always be having rough days. I only ever go to this location, so it was reallydisappointing and I'm still incredibly shocked how rude someone could be. Especially a worker. Read more
Sausage egg and cheese bagel was excellent. Sausage cooked perfectly, bagel fresh. Eggs and cheese yummy.
