Very nice little Bistro on . Surprisingly not too busy for a Saturday night and it had nothing to do with the gaming place or... location . I was able to get on a machine fairly quickly the attendant approached me immediately upon arrival and I found her tobe pleasant and very kind. After checking in I asked one question regarding their five dollar promotion and she had stated thetext message is good enough to verify promo. This attendant was friendly and I saw she interacted with a customers as theywalked in, which tells me she enjoys what she does and takes her job seriously. Most of the time in cafes such as these,especially gaming cafes you'll find attendance not taking all too seriously their position and their interaction with customersand I feel that's important as many times I have found most of the attendants Ive come across weren't as inviting as Jocelyn wasat Bella Bistro. 1st time here, nice little place to hang out with with some friends. Very warm & cozy....Workers here are very kind & pleasant.

I have always had a great experience when I visit Bella's. If you are looking for a great selection of beers and friendly... staff, dont pass up Bella's Bistro. I am not a local to the area, but I have visited Bella's on numerous occasions whentraveling through the area and would absolutely recommend it! Absolutely love this casino. Honestly, my husband and I have been to 5 while visiting the Chicago area and this one blows the... others out of the water. Super Comfortable environment, clean clean clean, and great customer service! They make you feel likefamily the moment you walk in. Would recommend this location not only for machines but for good local beer too! Love that theyoffer beer you wouldn?t normally see at corner casinos.
