Disappointed today with my order. I usually do a you pick two and get the tuna salad on whole grain bread. They made the... sandwich with the heel of the bread. I am sure some wouldn?t mind but I don?t think you should serve the heel of the bread tocustomers. They put the heel on the inside to make it seem like it was a normal piece of bread. I could tell right away sincethe slice was half the size of the other piece. Read more
I?ve been here a couple times and there?s new staff every single time. I understand that everyone needs to learn and it?ll take... them time, I have no issues with this. I had just been here a week before this visit and had a gift card that had roughly $25remaining, and the cashier did not know how to check or use the balance. I asked if there was someone who could assist and shejust said they left for the day. It wasn?t a big deal, I paid and carried on. For whatever reason, my food took over 30 minutesto be ready. I sat there and watched about 5-6 people who just walked in, ordered, sat next to me and got their food.. I mean,my order wasn?t difficult or anything. Pretty disappointed overall. Sorry to say that we won?t be eating at this Panera again, and it?s a shame because we?re long-time customers and love Panera?s... food. During the pandemic we?ve gotten a lot of takeout, and despite a couple of mistakes over the last few months we decided togive them another chance. Unfortunately - again - my sandwich was completely wrong. I can?t eat dairy, and was careful to changethe order to remove the feta from the sandwich. It arrived on the wrong bread, covered in cheese. When I called and asked ifthey could deliver the correct order the manager said ?there?s nothing I can do?, not even issue a refund. This place is hilarious. I've been going here for years and they probably get my order right half the time, and that's not an... exaggeration. Today I went there to order a chicken breakfast sandwich with overeasy egg, and they only added the egg andcheese... my money is better spent at McDonald's. I called and asked if I could pick up a new order, they said yes, that's fine,gas loss for me but a chance for them to fix the order. I get the sandwich, open it in my car, and see a scrambled egg. I'm nota Karen, I don't have the time or energy to complain twice about something minute ("my-noot"), but it felt like a bad joke. It'sone thing to get the order wrong once, but twice? Be for real.
