I have never received my complete order out of the 3 times I've gone. Most recently I was missing a large side, went back to... get it and was only given a medium after being told they were "out of large containers" even though I paid for the large. Greatchicken, but the staff really gives the impression they don't want to be there, and would rather that you're not there either. I hope they find a way to improve that. Read more
Thieves !!! Ordered 5 spicy legs a Cajun fries and mashed potatoes. Paid $14.14. Got home no mashed potatoes. Called them... explained the issue then hung up on me. Called second time they didn't even talk to me. Unprofessional people . I am not after$2.99 the price of the potatoes but still expected at least an answer ....
