I would leave zero stars if I could. We were served a raw chicken sandwich. I am pregnant and took the first bite and... immediately gagged. It was severely undercooked. I had gone through the drive thru on a road trip and we weren?t going to turnaround so I immediately contacted Popeyes customer service. They told me they would have the manager contact me. No response. Icontacted corporate again 10 days later. Again they said the restaurant manager would be in touch. Again, zero response from themanager. This is ridiculous. All I asked for was a refund for food that could have sent me to the hospital. We?re done withPopeyes for good after this experience. Read more

I work all over the Chicagoland area. I have had the opportunity to visit many different Popeyes restaurants over the years.... This is by far the best Popeyes restaurant I have ever been to. I dine in and have never used the drive thru. The restaurant isclean, the food is fresh and hot and my order is always correct. I have never had a bad meal here. Read more
